I’ve been to Dr. Nguyen for over 10 years and always appreciate the personal level of care she gives each and every patient. Her staff is always extremely pleasant and helpful. She is very conscious of running on time and tries to get us in and out quickly while balancing out need for a very thorough exam. My only suggestion is to turn up the heat. It’s freezing in the waiting room! LOL. But I still wouldn’t count off for that as one of the other patients did. That’s just crazy!

Dr. Nguyen cares about her patients and is very thorough. My husband accidentally got a small piece of metal stuck in his eye while doing some grinding. She met us late that evening at her office to remove it. We couldn’t be happier with her.

Mason wanted to write this review, but really? A 10 lb dachshund doing an eye care review? He’s 3 feet shorter than the eye test machine, and his big snout wouldn’t even fit in it. He’s licking a plate now and has forgotten altogether. But I digress. I’ve been going to Cypress Vision Care for 10 years+ and are very happy with the service and support. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very accommodating and friendly, and try to accommodate special needs and requirements. The exam takes about an hour and is very thorough. There’s a good variety of frames to choose from if glasses are your thing; Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable about different contact brands and styles and can recommend brands or types which fits your needs. I rarely wait more than 10 minutes for the appointment(even when I’ve arrived a bit early) to which there’s a down side as it’s my annual opportunity to catch up with People magazines for the prior year!

I have gone to this location twice and have been pretty happy with it. I would give it more stars if they had more employees on hand and if they would turn down the heat(oh my goodness I was sweating through my shirt the last time I was there!)! Other than those critiques everything seems to run smoothly. After checking in for my appointment and handing over my new insurance I was sent to the back room after five minutes(I’ve been to other offices were I have to wait 15 – 30 minutes!). The entire appointment probably takes 45 minutes. This location has lots of glasses to choose from and the employees are more than happy to repair glasses you already have, clean them up, or readjust them to your face. Just keep in mind that depending on your insurance you could be paying a pretty penny for a new set of frames or for your original appointment.
