Dad and Brad are a great and professional piano moving company. I called Carlton(dad) while he was on the road, but he still spoke to me and gave me a quote based on the information I gave him, on the spot! He then requested I emailed him with all the pertinent information just so we had it all in writing, and he replied to me as soon as he got home. The great thing about this moving company is that there are no hidden fees or charge-by-the-hour type deal. Carlton gave me a quote of $ 290(which was a lot more reasonable than any other quotes I might add), and that’s how much my mom paid when he came to move our piano. Onto the day of the move: they were punctual and professional. My mom said Carlton took pictures of our baby grand before dismantling and packing it. It was only him and his son, but they were quick and efficient, in and out in 20 minutes as promised. Same thing when they moved the piano to our new house, in and out in 20 minutes. We are completely satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them or use them for any future moves.

Dad and Brad Piano Moving just gave me excellent service for a very reasonable price. I had waited until the last minute to move my piano, as I was trying to sell it before I moved to my new home. I called on a Friday afternoon, needing to move my upright piano by Sunday evening. I left a message, and Carlton called me back within 5 minutes. I explained my situation, and he was able to make room in his schedule for me on Saturday morning. I arrived at the house about 10 minutes early, and Carlton and a young man(Brad?) were already waiting for me. They quickly and carefully lifted my piano onto a special dolly-like contraption and put it on a mechanical lift that put it in their truck. 15 minutes later, the piano was in my new home(we only moved 5 miles away, and we are in Spring Branch). Carlton spent extra time to talk to me about the condition of my piano and to show me how to take the front and bottom off in order to get a better look at the insides. He suggested a polish that would work well for the wood and even gave me tips for selling it. He told me that his family had sold pianos in Maryland for over 30 years, and he had lots of expert advice to give. He did all of this for only $ 190! This was the exact price that he quoted me over the phone with his guarantee that the price wouldn’t change once he got to my home(apparently this is a problem with other movers). 3 Men Movers quoted me $ 400! I highly recommend Dad and Brad Piano Moving; Carlton is the best!
