Opportunity to improve Customer Service. Wait time for pizza a little more then expected.

They had a special going on for 5.99 for a large with 2 toppings. The code is 9159, if anyone wants to try it. It’s a strictly online sale, which means in order to get the deal you order through their website. The website is really easy to use, everything is pretty much self explanatory. You don’t have to sign in or create an account and you don’t even have to pay online which I thought was really nice. You just choose carry out or delivery and which store then how you would like to pay, in person or via card. Then go on to what you want on your pizza. I ordered and had my pizza within 30 minutes. I love how I can get updates on what they are doing to the pizza, like «oh yeah, putting the sauce on that hoe!» Or «Just went into the oven, it’s gonna get hot up in herr» But Im paraphrasing of course… anyway I got up there and was immediately given my pizza and paid and left. But i ordered on a Thursday ard 9pm, so not much business, so I got it really quick. I hate imagining the horror of ordering it on a Friday or Saturday. Anyway, I ordered the large cheese with steak and mushrooms. I really don’t like thin crust, and let me tell you the crust was thin. it was still good though, nothing special.

Pizza is good which is why this review is so depressing to write. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! Between Brenda and Maria… I can’t get someone to take a decent order. Rude isn’t even the word for it. Unhelpful, unknowledgeable, ignorant? Those words don’t fit. Worst service EVER? Those words come close! I wish I could say the same about their food. Good pizza for the price, but worth it to travel to another location because the girls at this shop SUCK!!!

Where do I start… Ordered an extra large pizza with sausage. Received a large cheese pizza. Called to let them know & the manager Stephen came on the phone & gave me attitude as if it was my fault they got it wrong. He offered to send me the correct pizza but it was to take an additional 30 minutes when the wrong pizza arrived in less than 15 minutes. Then he offered to credit my online account. I asked the process because I didn’t pay online. I paid the driver & tipped him. Stephen’s response was the same but with even more nasty attitude, credit the account. I advised that being rude to customers isn’t good business & he hung up on me. Needless to say, in addition to this review I’m sending an email to corporate. It may not do any good but hopefully it’ll help future paying customers.

Absolute worst dominos waited on manager to answer at least 10 calls before asking me to take my order as I’m standing at the front counter. It was faster for me to order through my mobile device than for her to look up and acknowledge me. She was very rude, of course they messed up my order and the advertised prices were wrong! Trying to call this place is a joke no one answers and if they do the say «Dominos HOLD «and wait for you to hang up before getting back to you! I don’t understand how they can have so many workers be so slow and and on top of that still be so rude and God forbid you order ranch online or over the phone because they only know how to charge you for because they NEVER bring it. getting through on the phone Friday-​Sunday is impossible! Once you get your food its good but having to deal with them is a headache I rather not waste my time and go somewhere else.

I ordered pizza online and arrived through delivery in less than 30 mins. Pizza was great.

Pizza arrived cold. Ordered vegetable pizza– to my surprise there were hardly any veggies on this cold tasteless pizza. Will never order from them again.

Don’t waste your time! I ordered a pizza at 11:25 for carryout then 10 min later they call and say they are closed? Even tho the sign on the door says they close at 12:00! Whatever they are probably just to lazy to stay open for an extra 30 min! I would go to the one on Fry Rd to be on the safe side.

We honestly don’t prefer Domino’s pizza…
But damn if those sandwiches of theirs aren’t crazy delicious. We order the Chicken Parm and Chicken Bacon Ranch all the time and they are always hot, crispy and delicious. They come absolutely dripping with cheese… and when you’re ordering there are options to add even more cheese or sauce. I’ve never done that, I can’t imagine needing more.
Delivery usually comes quickly– almost always under 45 minutes even during peak times like around noon or 6pm.
Their mobile website is really easy to use, especially if you’re paying with cash and don’t have to put in any card information. The last time we ordered I did it on the mobile website right from my phone.
The sandwiches are always glistening with flavorful butter/​oil/​grease so keep a napkin handy and don’t plan on dessert, you’ll be full.

Love dominoes and it’s pretty difficult to mess up a good pizza. Just picked up a pizza and it was hot and toasty and the toppings were done to my satisfaction. Always love patronizing them but I hate the parking at this location. If you’re within 3 miles it’s best to do carry out that way you don’t have to wait 40 minutes for a pizza that takes 10 minutes to cook.

Ever since Dominos changed their pizza recipe, we’ve been going to them. They blow other franchised pizza chains out of the water! My favorite as of recent has been the Artisan pizzas… you’ve GOT to try them! Absolute yummers!
