I also had a horrible experience with her. I purchased a groupon and used it for my son’s first/​first family photos. Boy do I regret it. She is very hard to get a hold of. Doesnt answer text or email. I never got my pictures. She took them off of her website. I never got to choose. She wanted 50 more dollars to reload. She was supposed to email me the pictures but never did and will not return any text or calls. This is a nightmare and a real shame. I am planning on calling groupon but I am still losing money. I am very upset.

I purchased a Groupon for Flashbox. I called to schedule appointment and had a difficult time getting in touch with Brittany. I was told first available appointments were a month out. I scheduled an appointment and was told I would get a return call for over phone chat about plans for shoot. This did not happen! I got a automated text regarding appointment yesterday. We could not find the studio. We drove up and down 290. I called both the number listed on the Groupon that goes to a automated message and I called Brittany who never answers her phone. I then sent a text. No response. I would not recommend them based on these factors. I am calling Groupon to find out what can be done tomorrow. My husband thinks I was scammed!

I got a groupon deal and totally regret doing our annual family photo with this company.
At first I was impressed by her customer service. She was very bubbly and helpful.
However; I quickly realized we got a bargain basement deal without the promised service that I was told.
1) No consultation was taken place– which was on the fine line of the online deal and verbally told by the owner.
2) Felt very rushed and was in and out of the studio 30 minutes.
3) Our photos turned out terrible.
4) her FB photos and the pictures she took of my family were totally opposite.
5) Turn around time, instead of promised 6 days was two and a half weeks. She asked me to pick out the photos for her to photo shop. I could have done a better job?
Bottom line. I will never purchase a groupon deal for photos. My husband, who never complains was very disappointed with the quality and told me we were better off at JCPennys.

Nightmare to deal with, ignores email. Not a professional photographer at all. Took bad photo’s, and did an even worse job attempting to save them with bad photo shopping. Took my money and refuses refund for bad work. Would not recommend Brittany at all! Basically, I paid and got nothing in return as what she did is unusable! Very upset!
