We had a great experience with Greg Stephens who assisted us with our relocation from Austin to Cypress. He was very attentive to our wants and needs. Greg listened carefully to our list of must-​haves and nice-​to-​haves but also observed us through the showing process to really understand our preferences both verbally and non-​verbally. He connected the dots very well and presented us a multitude of great prospects.
Greg has the perfect demeanor for the job. Very even keeled and steady as he guides his clients though an emotional process. Greg is super patient. We came down for several weekends of showings with the kids in tow and Greg didn’t miss a beat and didn’t mind distractions of our little ones as he worked through some long Saturdays. He assisted us through 3 offers on 3 different homes (3^rd time was the charm) and he was very diligent in coordinating efforts with our relocation services company, mortgage lender, the seller’s agent, etc. His follow through and follow up were strong. He earned every bit of his commission. We’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their real estate.

Shannon Lester is an incredible Real Estate Agent! I cannot recommend her more and have been nothing but impressed and happy with her work. She is fun and easy to work with, but when it comes time to get the best deal for you, she really goes to bat. Five plus stars from me!
