My husband and I bought home owners insurance from this company thinking we were protecting our investment of a new home. How wrong we were to think that a company that sells insurance would ensure us any peace of mind and look out for it’s customers best interest.
When we bought the policy the sells agent failed to explain our policy to us and he also failed to put me in the policy along with my husband. I did not find out until later when I filed a claim that our policy did not cover the big misfortune causing us turmoil in our home. I write this review to inform people to never trust a sells agent and to always do your own research and make sure you are buying a policy without any loop holes. Also do not trust any big name insurance companies out there that spend billions of dollars to pitch you a gimmick on tv.
Safeco, part of Liberty Mutual, is the insurance company we have homeowners insurance with and all I have to say about them is look to do business with another company. Our experience with the customer service team manager all the way down to the adjuster was horrible. The adjuster was an inexperienced and treated us like just another claim # and the customer service team manager has yet to call back after I filed a complaint.
