I first met Mike on a call to our restaurant for a broken floor sink. I had been given a quote twice the amount from a competitor and chose Mike for the job. He has been the plumber I know I can trust for over ten years now. Integrity goes a long way and he lives up to the business name. He not only fixes problems, he SOLVES them. Broken pipes, clogged drains, fixture replacement, re-​pipe, toilet replacement and repair, the list goes on. When you need a plumber you can trust, call Mike. I have called him several times for my home and he even solved a problem with a leaking washing machine. Better than that, he unclogged the main line when I felt a competitor would have trumped up the job with camera and jetter charges and who knows what else. Other homes in my neighborhood, surprisingly all have been getting sewer replacements. I know mike treats me fair. Of all the service professionals I have used over the years, Mike is the STANDOUT and most honorable of all. Give Mike a call if you value integrity!

I have used Mike on a few occasions. I have a rental house in the area and every time I have called Mike he is at the house in less than an hour. The last time I called, he was there in 15 minutes and it was after hours and late in the evening. He cleared the clog and problem was fixed. He also called me to let me know everything was done. It is so nice to have such a dependable and honest person that you can call and know the problem will be resolved.

Ok, lets be serious about this. Mike knows his shit! (no pun intended).
I’ve been using Integrity Plumbing for at least 10 years now, so I am safe in my reputation in recommending him for ANY job. I own a restaurant and needless to say, grease, chemicals and high use taxes the pipes that we have here. Similar to car mechanics, some are just part replacers and some actually diagnose a problem thoroughly before spending and wasting your money. Mike falls into a category of plumber that takes his time to diagnose every situation. TRUST me! He has been to my place at least 30 –40 times over the years from maintenance to working over night digging a 6ft trench, to replacing a cracked old cast iron pipe that was recking havoc on our daily operation. It seems that every situation has been different and he approaches every situation with a new eye.
He has come at midnight and back at 5am if necessary. He has helped me build out and install plumbing from scratch. He’s been there for a simple toilet replacement and he’s been there in disasters. If anything falls out of the scope of his schedule, he will recommend someone else he trusts just so you are taken care of. NO Joke. Who does that?! Respecting my time in leu of his profit?! Sheesh.
He has made home calls to all my friends with destroyed main lines to simple blow outs.
Needless to say, hire Mike. Forget the radio ads, Hire Integrity.

Mike is AWESOME. I have actually used him twice, both were emergencies (one was on the weekend and one at night) and he was more than happy to come out and help me out with both. Mike used a snake to unplug my main line when two other plumbers (home warranty) had tried and failed (i’m all about saving $, and I thought I was with my home warranty, but in this case Mike was more reasonable than the home warranty deducible that I had paid twice, with no success). The second time he came out, I thought I had a slab/​cement leak (at my moms house) and he was able to locate the problem and solve the leak without tearing up any cement. When Mike finished his work, I asked him if he had a Unilocal site because more people need to know about his honest and knowledgable service.
