Always friendly staff and quick service when I go! I’ve been into a few other area locations and this one is one of my favorites! Be careful going during a holiday as they will be very busy and service times may be a bit longer than usual. Love, love, love my JA charm bracelet.

The wait time is awful… over 20 minutes just to pick something up. Need to staff more people or have quick check out for those who just need to pick up orders that are already paid for.

James Avery is one of those stores where you can spend a lot of money and very quickly.
Their selections are great and the designs are just beautiful.
What I love are how attentive all their sales people are. All of them, and yes all, are polite and just make sure you get what you’re looking for. My sales lady even made a recommendation for a gift and it was perfect.
The store is very rustic looking, bright to see their merchandise, and overalls laid out well. What I dislike about the store most, and this is just preference, they sell yellow gold. This isn’t the 70’s.

Never had a bad experience here. Unfortunately the wait time can be long during the holidays or after work on the weekdays. I’ve been a Jame Avery customer for years and have never had a problem. Quality work.
