I went in for a refill with my mother(who also got a refill). I had gotten black shellac over my acrylics, when I left I wasn’t to please with my nails. They were very sloppy and gloppy(so we’re my mothers). I figured this refill would get my by for the two weeks and I’d never go back. Well sure enough I was back the next day because a whole nail of shellac had peeled off showing my previous pink and white set. As for my mother her nails aren’t smooth past the free edge and the color she picked didn’t show up how it was displayed on the color wheel. Not even 2 days after I had gone back in my nail has chipped off AGAIN. I am not please and I will NEVER be back. I would give no stars if it was possible.

I went there to get a shellac manicure and it was extremely crappy. The paint doesn’t even completely cover my nails. I also asked for nail art that I was charged $ 8 extra for, the nail art they gave me looks NOTHING like the picture I showed. If they couldn’t deliver they should’ve just told me so prior and not made me waste my time and money. Nail ladies are also rude and pretend like they don’t understand when you have a complaint. Not going back

I love the owner and Cam but… So I go to Josie’s Nails where I’ve gone for years but the second time new tech and too many issues. Needless to say, last time I’ll come here. This was supposed to be my «me bday time» but when the owner and another tech have to train you on my dime you don’t deserve my patronage especially when you charged me full price for your on the job training. My toenail cuticles are on fire!!! That took an hour and a half!!! Seriously!

I love coming here for a pedicure. Haven’t had my nails done here yet, but they have fabulous pedicure packages. Plus, they’re open on Sundays!!! :)

I was in the area so I Unilocaled a nail salon. The first one was too busy to acknowledge me so I left. I landed here. The techs are fast here but that creates a lack of quality. I had a pedicure and manicure. When it was time for my manicure we moved to the table. I was grossed out by the nail clippings on the towel. Normally I would not be grossed out, BUT these were not my nails. Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the service and equipment really is. Ugh. Nasty. This place was cheaper than my usual spot but I would rather pay for cleanliness. I don’t think I would return.

One of my daughters and I went back. Please remember this is ONLY our 2nd visit for actual service. I have come to the conclusion that they are just rude. We went to have a shellac manicure and a pedicure done.(our first shellac only lasted a WEEK& that is with repairs done on day 4.) We asked the technician 3 times why the shellac is peeling and chipping. She would not answer the question at all. We had the services done and left. BUT, not even 18HOURS later one of my daughters nails peeled all the way off. We went back to have it repaired(again) and the tech(who had an attitude about doing the repair) asked my daughter why she is peeling them off!(WHAT, are you kidding me!!! She paid $ 55& tip for a service and she is going to pull it off to waste our time, and gas to go back there. NOWAY!!!) The tech repaired it and we left AGAIN. We went shopping ANDANOTHERONEPEELEDUP!!! What the hell! Only 25 minutes since we left there. I went back second time that day and I did talk to the person in charge and she repaired them and yes you guessed it, it has already chipped off too. Not only does my daughter have 4 nails peeled all the way off after 4 days, I HAVE3THATHAVEPEELEDOFFTOO! We have had shellac manicures done else where and they last more than a week or should I say hours! I think they are not doing the process right. I have visited this spa more for repairs than actual service, and because of that someone well is going to get our hard earned money. The only good thing I have to say is they have great shellac colors. Also the pedicure was just OK, I have had better for cheaper. NEVEREVERAGAIN.

Decided to give this place a try 2 weeks ago since its fairly close to home. I had a shellac mani and normal polish on the toes. The shellac lasted around 2 weeks but the tech filed 3 of my nails crooked. I had to trim then short to even then up. The toe polish was flaking within a week. They DIDN’T do the slappy/beating thing on my legs and arms like most salons(they call it a ‘massage’) around this area so that was a plus! They also have reasonable prices and its easy to get a chair. Still haven’t decided if this place is worth another shot.

The service here is very good and the staff is friendly. It’s easy to get an appointment and get in and out. Theresa has done my nails 2x’s and is really good. I’m hard on them and asked her to make them a little thicker which, she has done and they’ve lasted for up to 3 weeks. The Shellac is a great investment as the polish always looks freshly painted.

This is my first trip to this Nail Spa and I must say as nail salons go it is one of the better ones. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The first thing I observed upon entering the shop was how clean it seemed. I looked at the floors, nail stations, pedicure stations and sink. All of them seemed very clean. The pedicure chairs looked to be fairly new as well. The utensils that she used on me had all just come out of the autoclave, so they appeared to be well sterilized. The ladies in the shop were all very friendly and I was very satisfied with my mani pedi. One added bonus was that I was able to pick up free wi fi on my nook from another store in the strip center. I would definitely return here.

I’m usually in this shop every 3 weeks or so– they always take care of me and they are the ONLY shop I go to now. They are relatively new– think they opened a little over a year ago. Nice facility & massage chairs– and they do everything from shellac to overlays. They offer basic pedi’s for $ 15 bucks and the women in the shop are very nice. They always recommend certain colors or techniques based on my taste(since I’m a usual and obviously fabulous) and I’m always pleased with the finished result.

I’m not an accurate judge of nail salons since I don’t splurge on mani/pedi’s a whole lot(the last one I had was years ago) but I thought this place was decent. Clean and the service was friendly. Pedi chairs are 8 and my mom and I came without an appt — we got seated right away. Chairs had massagers in it. Houston has great deals for mani/pedis(I’m from chicago and a deal is $ 35 for both). The pedi’s were only $ 15(add a mani for $ 10 more). Awesome. Although it was an overall good experience, I have 2 things to point out: 1. I think my nail technician was joking around with her coworkers how hairy my legs were… WHILE she was working on me(of course in vietnamese) 2. My big toe chipped a little already.
