I hired Kristina Newcomb to sell my house in July of 2015. She had a photographer come over and take professional photos of the house, that were absolutely beautiful. She had five offers on my house the very first day it was listed — which I know was due to the beautiful photos and her amazing marketing skills. The entire process of selling my house was seamless and professional. She was quick to answer all of my questions and we closed the deal without any issues. When I began the process of looking for my new home, there was absolutely no question as to who I was going to hire to help me with the search and purchase! I called Kristina and gave her a list of my «must haves» and «nice to haves» and she was able to find the perfect house that fit my criteria 100%. She is an amazing realtor whether it comes to selling houses or finding the perfect house — I will most definitely utilize her for any future home buying /​selling needs and would recommend her to anyone I know!

Last year, we had the challenge that many face trying to sell our current home, find a new home and somehow manage the stars to align so we can find a great property without the risk of being homeless!
Kristina signed on and spent hours at our old home staging it to perfection and had a professional photographer come to make our home *sparkle* on the internet listings. It worked… we had a strong CASH offer from a great family in about a week.
We also found our DREAM HOME around the same time, that had just been listed. She met us at the property the first day it was on the market and advised us to put our best offer in right away. She was right, several had made offers, but after a very trying time with some difficult sellers, we got our ‘forever’ home and could not be happier.
It should also be mentioned that Kristina worked the relationship with the buyer of our old home through their agent. She was able to help keep them aware of our challenging situation purchasing our new home and that allowed us to stay in our old home a few extra weeks until everything was settled.
I am confident that without Kristina, the storybook ending would not have been likely. It was the most stressful time of our lives, but she helped us stay calm and focused on the end result. We will never move again (hopefully), but we are quick to refer Kristina to anyone in the Houston area that is needing a great Realtor!
