HORRIBLE ! The workers here are rude n snobs. And like other posts say they are judge mental. It’s not worth spending my money on poor customer service. We walked in and no one offered to help us with their watches, not even a greeting.

I’m not a Michael Kors fan so I wanted to see what the craze was about and why everyone was jumping on the bandwagon. I went into this location on my lunch break and I was dressed down because it was «stock day». When I walked in I was greeted coolly. The woman that work there are snobby and not every friendly. They didn’t bother to inform me of the promotions or asked if I needed help with anything and stayed in their little sections just talking to each other. Needless to say I left pissed off because they were friendly to others that were dressed up a bit and already using a Michael kors or designer handbag. I informed my store manager on their behavior and went back in a few days later dressed up in name brand and designer. It was then I was greeted with a much warmer attitude, the promotions were told to me and associates were asking me if I needed help or suggested different items I might like based on what I was looking at. I once again left with nothing. It shows that the people who work there base whether or not they’re going to help you on how you look and whatever you’re using. Seeing that I used to work in retail you’re suppose to treat all customers the same whether they’re spending $ 20 or $ 500. I’ve told all my friends to not go to that location if they won’t want to be treated nicely unless they make the associates believe that they’re going to spend a lot of money.

Brand name purses for a decent price– what more can I say?
Of course, things are still on the higher priced category, but if you don’t mind purses that are a bit out of season, why not save yourself a couple hundred bucks.
My only complaint I that this place is always crowded and their service isn’t as impeccable as it would be in their normal stores. They don’t always take notice of you so you can’t always expect the best customer service there.
Tip: if you buy something there, you can always ask for a new one so you can ensure people haven’t touched it and gotten it dirty.

Terrible service they are snobs at the outlet store and very judgmental went here with my fiancé and they don’t know the first thing about customer service. Which it really is ironic that hourly employees that are paid to help could be so stuck up. They were miserable. Then after we purchased what we thought was the same bag we purchased at a retail store. We got in the car and she compared and saw it wasn’t we wanted, and went back to return it and were greeted with store credit or exchange only. All the products have a small discount with a huge lack of quality. Stay away and go buy the real thing at Michael kors retail store or nordstroms. Would give negative stars if possible.

This is a great Michael Kors outlet and they have several sales associates to help you out. I was never ignored upon walking in here and the associate (forgot her name) was super helpful and even made recommendations for me.
The only problem for me was that I could tell the products at this Michael Kors are much different than those sold at a non-​outlet Michael Kors shop…
Perhaps the Michael Kors outlet line similar to a few others made products specifically for this market? Not sure.
Service is great! Products sold at this particular outlet are so-​so.

I love this store :) The sales guy Mike was awesome. Full of energy and funny! They showed me all of their new stuff and helped me find the perfect bag. Thanks mike :)
