Everyone at MRC that I spoke to was fantastic! Even in the extreme heat we have been experiencing, they were able to get a mechanic (Oscar, who was fantastic!) out to us within 20 hours. It took our old Air Conditioning service three days to respond with the excuse of the extreme heat we have been having. Needless to say MRC is now our new Heating and Air Conditioning Service! Our church had 4 units go out on us and they diagnosed and fixed all four in under 7 hours! Way to go!

My air conditioner went out the day before my big store event! I called Diane at MRC and she got right on it. Sent Alex, who was super knowledgeable and he was there within 1 ½ hours and came in to tell me that we just needed an adjustment and a cleaning of our filter, etc. started right up and was much cooler than ever. The price was so reasonable, I wrote him a check on the spot and gave him a huge hug! MRC saved the day! Super honest, efficient and low priced, what could have been better?! You will be thrilled with them also, give them a call.

MRC Heating and Air are an excellent find. My air conditioning went out the 2^nd day I used it this season. I called and they fit me in really quickly! The technician, Alex, was very prompt. He found the problem right away and explained in detail what needed to be done. He had the part that needed replacing on the truck and fixed it immediately. He was very courteous and respectful of my house. At the end of the visit, he walked me through the invoice. The price was fair and I will absolutely call them if the AC/​Heating unit goes out again!

The guys at MRC heating and air made getting central heat installed in our home as easy as it gets. Every single employee was professional and went out of their way to be kind and respectful of our home. Not only was the service better than I could have imagined but they were clean! After each days work my house would look better that they left it. The job was done quickly and professionally. We requested many quotes and MRC came back with the best price for the best equipment and service. The idea of who to hire for this job started out as a headache but once we found MRC it was all downhill from there! THANK YOU MRC.

Excellent customer service and installation!!! We called MRC, received a quote, and installation was completed in record time. We are soooo pleased with the unit we had installed. They are always available for any questions we have and do so very professionally. We have continued to use them for the maintenance on our unit and are very happy with service they have provided and we won’t use anyone else… We have recommended them to our family and friends that are looking for a great company!

2 years ago, my floor heater went out, and a friend told me to call this company. A rep came out the next day, gave me a great price and did all of my homes Ducts, vents and everything in 2 days time. I also had it prepped for the central Air conditioning that I plan on installing… that I will buy from them just because their team was so professional and fast! They even called weeks after to see how my experience was with their techs that did the work. I would Highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating or air for their homes!

Love this company. If you need heating or air conditioning work done, this is the company to call. When I needed our heater to work the city told me it would be weeks till they could get to us and at the time I was sick (this was in the middle of a cold spell). MRC was out and had me toasty and feeling better fast. I will be a customer for life. Love this company :)
