Hookah is alright, boring top 40s playlist, spiders and spider webs in the bathroom… This place has really gone downhill. Please clean it up. Customer service is pretty good; friendly waiter.

This place is the shit! Always has great music playing great hookah flavors and I love it when my boy DJ Skitz plays here! There’s a great staff working all the time! Always a option when I’m in the area!

The atmosphere is cool… hip hop tunes… but after we were seated I had to ask the owner to take our order after we waited for 15 min with no acknowledgement from any employee. Tried to order a $ 25 pineapple bowl hookah between the 3 of us and was told it’s a 2 hookah minimum for 3 people; decided to go with 2 standard bowls. Also had to pay up front as soon as we ordered; was very unusual, I’ve never had to do that at a hookah bar in my life. Then we had to wait another 20 – 30 min for our hookahs and waters… but the owner was more than willing to replace one of our bowls for free because it was tasting funky (points for service). However, it didn’t help, so I decided to take a look in the bowl by removing the foil and they just jammed SO much tobacco in there and it was pressing up against the foil; no wonder it tasted terrible. I mean c’mon guys, these are basic hookah fundamentals.
Owner tried to take care of us so I appreciate that (the only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1), but they need to learn how to pack a hookah bowl properly and have some more prompt service. Neither of the hookahs we got had good air flow nor did they taste good.
Don’t let me down Odyssey, you’re one of the few hookah joints in the ⁶⁰⁵⁄₉₁ fwy area so take advantage!

I love coming here with my friends after a long day. My best friend loves smoking hookah and has probably been to every hookah bar there possibly is in the area yet this one is her favorite. The service is quick and they are always bringing you coals without asking. The owner is really sweet and it’s obvious to see that he just wants his customers to be happy.
My friend always orders the hookahs that are in the pineapple heads. Try them out ! There is also an awesome DJ here on the weekends. The place gets really crowded. Overall, Odyssey deserves five stars for their amazing service and the quality of the hookahs.

Crazy awesome place. Good peeps. Good service. Love love their music. Lots of TVs to enjoy the visuals played with the music.
