What a horrible place to have printing done!
Never in my 30 years of doing business I’ve never see such a facility with such junky print equipment. I’ve made four trips, 30 miles each way, to get some printing of maps. Each time another piece of equip is down. When i called their «support line» all they tell you us «fill out the feedback form on our website». If i wanted another form to fill out i would have gone to the website in the first place. Even when talking with the manager all you get is «I’m sorry». No attempt to resolve the issues or anything. I will tell everyone i meet to never darken this Office Crapos doors. Horrible!

Worst customer service. I waited over an hour to have an item printed. Initially all the printers were occupied and 2 mins later no one was in the department. They barely acknowledge you or offer assistance. Will never take my business to this location again.

These people absolutely refused my business. I asked one of the ladies working in the electronics department and she kindly said they’ll price match to Amazon, as long and it is sold and shipped by Amazon. Great! So I go to checkout and ask for a price match, but everyone there kept arguing with me, saying they don’t price match. So I go to their website and show them their own price match guarantee, stating both in-​store and online store offer price match to
, yet they continued to argue with me, probably for the sake of holding up their argument.
Would be 1 star, but the kind lady and the very helpful people in the furniture department were enough to keep this store from rock bottom. Thank you for smiling while providing assistance! Nonetheless, the people at the register don’t want your business, so just go to the Best Buy 30 seconds away, where they have more products and, wait for it, price match!

For the most part it is a decent and clean store with good employees, but the women at the check-​out and printing desk are very racist. Especially the one with the large fake lashes. I’m not saying they don’t tow the company line and say all the words they are scripted to say, but the way they treat people of their own race and the way they treat (tone and looks) people of other races is painfully obvious. The person in front of me in line was her same race and she was very friendly and happy, even joking and playing, and when I came up to the register, you would have thought I was Adolf Hitler by the look on her face. It’s not only me, either. I have been watching them for months and they act that way every time I come in. Management needs to pay attention to what is going on and start hiring good people.

Printing/​Copy dept sucks. Went there to get my daughters little book laminated and she took it and went on to help other people. After standing there with my one year old for about 20 mins, I asked her how much longer it was going to take to finish it. She said an hour and went to help someone else. Woooooow. So why didn’t you tell me that from the beginning? Did she really think I was going to stand there for an hour with my kid. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Will not be back.

Every time I come in to get orders printed there is something wrong. The manager has very low standards for hiring people. Customer service is non existent. This is mostly directed to the Printing Department. The only reason I keep coming back is because I don’t know where else to go! That’s it for me, no more Office Depot. I’m gonna try out Kinkos.
