Paris Nails Spa

The salon is clean and the staff is friendly, but my gel polish is already chipping at the edges. They tried to give me a paraffin wax (which I know costs extra) right after my manicure was finished, which seemed kind of odd to me. It looks nice and the location is close to my house, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

I went to this salon when it first opened and it was super pricey but they did a good job. I wasn’t planning on going back until today. I had excellent customer service as well as a great manicure. I got a 10 minute massage, the wax on my hands, cuticles cut, nails filed the whole 9 yards for $ 15! I got way more than I paid for! I recommend Tina. She does the best job! The color selection is small, but they are still fairly new so I understand. The salon is clean and I love the way it looks!

I was really hoping I would like this salon because its in a convenient location for me, however I will never go back. Hubby got me a gift certificate, which I found out they sold him a child’s service even though he said it was for his wife… The owners were nice which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. The color selection isn’t great. The pedicure felt rushed, my feet were in no way smoother when I left. The manicure was terrible, I ended up filing my own nails (what was left of them) and she didn’t even push up/​trim the cuticles. They crammed my jeans up to my knees, and didn’t help when I was ready to leave so I messed up my manicure lowering my pants legs. I asked for my one thumb to get fixed and they tried to just paint over the huge lumps created by the pant leg issue. I could see the technician get pissed because I asked her to remove the polish and do the one finger nail over! The technicians spoke to each other in their native language continually while helping clients, which I felt was also rude (since they were across the salon). I am an easy going person usually, but I was quite offended by my experience here.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. First off, the color selection is horrible, they barely have any selection at all. Second, they file your nails almost completely off even though I told her not to! On the sides of my nails they aren’t even connected to the top part of my nail. As she was doing my cuticles she ended up taking a chunk of my skin off on the side of my nail. It’s been two days and my finger is still throbbing! I had told her I wanted a teal color and even went and got one and she ended up painting them silver glitter with blue glitter dots on my ring finger… not what I wanted at all. Yes I should’ve said something but at this point I was ready to leave. You couldn’t pay me to go back there! Save your money and go somewhere else, my 8yr old could’ve done a better job.
It was a Tuesday morning and my girlfriend and I were the only ones in there so it’s not like they were busy and rushing to get to other clients.

Highly recommend– free wifi & tons of color choices & product offerings.

I visited Paris nails January 6^th for pink & white refills. BTW, I got them buffed, no gel or cut down. I was shocked when they told me the price was $ 38.00. I argued that their price list shows $ 25.00, and how I’ve never paid more than $ 28.00. The nail tech, Mylie, said it was new. New? I stated I did not get tips! Needless to say I paid $ 38, but will not go back, and I let them know it. My main regret is I tipped her. I suggest asking price before they start, or finding an honest nail Salon.

Awesome place… VERY CLEAN… very considerate folks! She spent a lot of time painting my toes… Just right. Got the CUTEST spider design for Halloween!

FYI they are not very welcoming of «certain» people. This was my first and last time going to Paris Nails Spa. The employees were very disrespectful and rude to my sister and I. There were other women who experienced the same rudeness and carelessness from the employees as well. We will not be returning to Paris Nails Spa EVER again! We will be taking our services elsewhere.

Brand new store. Love the European design. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I love my Shellac manicure and Ultimate pedicure. The nail technician was very good and attentive to my nails. They have a wide variety of Shellac color and options. They also offer facial — will try next time when I have more time. I think this would be a great place to have my bday party social because it is very spacious. Definitely recommend it and will def be back!
