Although the pizza was probably better than other Pizza Hut pizza I have had(Pizza Hut has never been a favorite), the place itself is a dump. It’s completely run down and dirty. Personality is definitely not the staffs strong suit, either. The dining area is filled with dingy tables and booths for people to sit down and eat at, yet they have zero plates or utensils in house. They give you foil to eat on or a napkin. No forks no knives. Without plates what’s the point of having all those tables? Definitely will not be coming back to this«restaurant». Gross and dirty.

Ordered at 8:15pm. At 9pm called to find out they hadn’t made the order yet. «Sorry, we got busy» Was told 20 min. Pizza didn’t arrive until 9:45pm.

This place has the worse service ever the manager that thinks she knows something about customer service named Corina is very rude its 11pm tonight the driver delivers me the wrong pizza I call speak to Corina(manager) she is very rude refuses to bring me my right order then hangs up on me then I call back and she wouldn’t give me her managers number she continues to tell me she is a franchise and that there is no corporate office? Does she not realize that she works for a corporation and regardless that they are franchise she is to uphold the company’s customer service I guess not I will be contacting her corporate office tomorrow am I will locate that number on my own since she refused to provide it to me!

I found this Pizza Hut to be no better or no worse than most of the others. My complaint is twofold… 1. The pizza isn’t really very good. 2. Why did I have to pay almost $ 19 for a large pizza with peperoni, olives, mushroom and green peppers? Also I would have sworn they gave me a medium instead of a large but since I’m not familiar with their product I couldn’t really say. My wife said the same thing when she saw it. I could have got 3 times the food and toppings just a couple of doors down at the Subway. $ 18 and change, I just don’t get it. And for something that’s not really very good at all.

WORSTPIZZAHUTEVER! Told the guy we’d would be eating in. They dont have a server, ok… but they have a bunch of tables. Wtf is the point if you can’t?! They dont have plates, napkins, or anything to be able to eat there. It was so great to find all of this out AFTER we got our order. How ridiculous!

I receive a email for 20% off our order, so We decided to use it to order my son his dinner before he headed of to work. He tried placing the order by calling the store directly seeing as the coupon code was provided. At the end of placing his order for a large stuff crust pizza with black olives, the customer service representative informs him he needs to place the same order online. Because he is not very computer savvy he asks me to place the order, I go through the whole process, including through the credit card info and the website states I need to call the store directly. So I do, the CSR says he can’t help me and passing me to the manager, the female manager states she can input the coupon for me. After she does the price is $ 2MORE than the online quoted price. The process has now taken over a half hour and the pizza is barley processing and my son needs to go to work. My card is billed and I get sent a recipes which is less. Then the manager calls me and says that she sees our online order went through but she already charge my card at a higher rate. She further stated that they have a special that is CHEAPER than my order using the coupon, which she already charged me for. I asked well why didn’t you offer me it, and she says well we lots of offers, we can’t tell you all of them. I was like WHAT??? that’s essentially your job! Your the manager??? And you couldn’t take the initiative to tell me you have a special which would save me money??? So basically you just called to tell me you are over charging me??? All she could say was sorry no credit, no discount and to top it off the driver said she expected me to print her out the coupon which didn’t save me any money and for which she already had the code and processed it, so obviously it was good and real???

Fuck this place. I ordered two pizza’s. Both had so many bubbles where there was no cheese or sauce that I might as well ordered dough. On top of that, I had one topping missing on one of my pizzas. I’m fucking DONE with this shit hole.

Came here for pick up order. Upon entering you can just feel the manager was annoyed dealing with customers. Then came our chance for pick up, asked for couple of packs of red peppers. Manager Corinna answered«we ran out». This is strange… Imagine Mickey D runs out of ketchup. I asked how come. She replies extremely rudely, we are not bound to keep red peppers it’s an extra bonus. Umm I have never experienced this scenario so I Asked if they stop carrying it all together. She starts yelling, just take your pizza and leave. Leave now. Go… Wow her problems clearly were much bigger than mind. I will never return to this place. Too many pizza huts around and even more pizza joint options.

HORRIBLE«SHIFTMANAGER» CORRINA. SHENEEDSTOBEFIRED! STAYAWAYFROMTHISPIZZAHUT. Order 2 pizzas and pasta on 4⁄18. They screwed up one pizza, and made the replacement while we waited. Once we got home(now with 3 pizzas and our pasta). the obviously born idiot screwed up the pizza again. How hard is it to throw some cheese on the pizza, toss it in the oven and call it a day? The idiot made a ½ pepperoni with pineapple and ½ combo. Really? Called to complain. Manager Johnathan apologized and said we would have $ 40 credit to use, and to reference my cell number. Cool, no problem, we can use the credit towards my sons birthday dinner on 4⁄23. Called yesterday(4⁄23) to place my order. Girl on the phone said there are no notes on my account and she needs to make sure what im saying is true. So,.now Im a liar? I told her it is true. Came back on the phone and said there is no notes. I told her I will get the name of the manager and call her back. I called back about 30min later. Nice guy answered the phone. I told him the situation and he put«miss attitide» back on the phone. I told her who I spoke with(Johnathan at 6:47pm). Now she said Johnathan only said we would get credit for 1 pizza but the«middle man» on the phone told us $ 40. So now someone is impersinating Johnathan? If there were no notes on the account, how did she know all this? Miss attitide said she would give me credit for $ 35 since my original order was only $ 37. I told her that I checked online to get the amount of what I wanted to order. She said my order was only $ 37. I said I understand that, I asked her why is she getting mad at me, they are the ones who screwed up our order(TWICE). I told her again that I checked the amount of what I wanted to order and it came to $ 35.64. Can they just zero that out so i dont have to break a bill? She said well, since the $ 0.64 seems to be such a financial burdeon to you. And yes, it took everything I had not to use every 4 letter word in the book. Ended up placing the order. Went to pick it up(with my 2yrd old). Told the nice girl and guy in the front that I need the name of the person who I placed my order with. They said CORRINA and she is the shift manager. I said thats not good, she has a lot of attitude. I asked who was Johnathan? They said another shift manager. They said Valerie is the store manager and gave me the number to call to complain. DONOTGOTOTHISPIZZAHUT. THEYHAVEHORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. CORRINANEEDSTOBEFIRED. This was their error and she is acting like the $ 0.64 and the dough and ingredients are coming out of her pocket. 10:00 pm on a Saturday following my son’s baseball game, with a hungry teenager in tow & a sick husband needing Gaterade, and everyone knows that Cypress rolls up for the night by 9:00 pm. What to do? Drive to Los Al or Buena Park, right? Not this time. Suddenly we spot Pizza Hut. It’s open and near an open grocery store– score! Bo helped us. He was very polite and gave great service. Food was done quickly and my Pizzone was delish! Thanks for saving the day!

I have to agree. I stopped after shopping at Ralph’s, got a $ 10 box, it was good AND made 4 meals! Hot, well cooked, friendly service(almost rare these days), and tasted good! 4 stars based on fast food expectations

I tried the 10 $ medium meal deal with garlic bread and dessert last night. The brown sugar bread was pretty damn good. Totally worth the 10 $
