Not even a one star: Ordered pizza at 6pm. Order didn’t arrive until 10 minutes after scheduled time. Not a big deal– it’s Sunday and busy. Paid $ 43 in cash. Opened order and it was wrong. Wrong wings, missing second wing order, and wrong pizza. Called the location:(13750 N. Eldridge Pkwy. Cypress, TX77429) Phone:(281) 257‑6172. Call went to Customer Service line. They said they’d call back. Never did. Took the order to the restaurant since we couldn’t reach anyone by phone. They could not refund money because it was paid in cash and the driver was still out. Refused to make the food that was done– wanted us to just take the cold pizza and wait for the other items in the order to be re-cooked. Totally unacceptable: redo the order so it’s all hot and refund the money. We don’t look for free things but we placed an order, paid for it and then had to drive it back ourselves. We don’t pay for service like this. Manager BRANDON refused to give me his district manager’s name and number. REFUSED. I called a different Pizza Hut and they were so apologetic but didn’t have the same District Manager. Had to call Customer Care back again and on hold for 21 minutes. The supervisor(Draper) was very nice but could only give me the District Manager’s name: Eric Scioneaux. Could not give me a number. He could only email him and he would get back to me in 24 – 48 business hours. It’s a holiday weekend so we won’t have any resolution until Wednesday at the earliest. So: They took our money, did not provide food, which is theft. It is now 8:33 so 2.5 hours since order placed. We expect a call from Eric Scioneaux faster than 24 – 48 hours. If our cash is not returned tonight we will file a police report. Theft is illegal and large corporations are not immune to this.

If I could leave less than one I would. Every time I’ve been here there has been a delay. I expected it this time, so on a 15 minute carry out time I arrived 15 minutes late(30 min after ordering) and was informed my pizza wasn’t ready yet and it would be another 10 – 15 minutes. This is following the last trip where I showed on time to wait in the lobby with 10 other people waiting on late pizzas. I waited almost an hour to get my pizza on that occasion. My mistake for giving them a second chance.

It used to be a good place but from couple of weeks there are unusual delays for carry out orders.

This place is slow extremely slow. Pizza was not ready for pick up an hour after expected pick up time. Ordered three pizzas but only received two and customer service was none existent. If you have time to burn and just have to have Pizza Hut order at your own risk.

Everyone has a bad day. Everyone so ready to give bad reviews. But when things go great it always goes unnoticed. Yes I’ve had a bad experience but I gave them another chance and it was amazing. Probably the best we’ve every had. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Hour and a half for a wrong order, and it was cold. This place should be closed by now. Whoever the franchise owner is does not care about service. Will never order from here again. It would’ve been smarter and quicker to make our own.

This location is awful! I love the pizza hut pasta and frequently order it only to have the wrong one delivered every single time. I only like the marinara and yet I always ended up having the chicken Alfredo delivered. My food is always cold when I get it. Even when on time(which is rare). Tonight we ordered wings, 8 bbq 8 mild, and they were tiny. Literally 4 of them were the size of a nickel and basically just the crispy breading that falls off and not chicken. We were both missing a few and did not have the full 8. And we realized that apparently for 18 dollars worth of wings we don’t get even a single ranch included. We placed our order at 1020 And the email said we would get it within 55 min. At 1130 I called and to my surprise ended up talking to a phone operator that wasn’t even at the store! And she told me there was nothing she could do except leave a message for the store manager to call me back(no one ever did btw). Our order showed up 10 min later. Cold and under quantity. Needless to say we will NEVER order anything from pizza hut again!!!

We will never order from Pizza Hut again. After two hours we did not have our pizza nor could we get anyone to answer a phone for over 20 minutes. The management team was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. The quality is about right to me, but this location always seems to get my order wrong or leave something out which leaves me waiting around while they fix it.

Waste of money and horrible customer service they just keeping passing you and putting you on hold. Delivery was way past late. My first Unilocal review ever — don’t waste your hard working money. They even said it would be free being so late and I ended up paying.

Can I give a shut down star? We ordered our pizza 2 hours ago. It came delivered burnt. So we lost our tip cause we had to drive over to the store anyways. Not only do they give you a hard time on the phone but they told us they would have a manager call us In half an hour. Really after waiting over an hour for a burnt pizza we were just given more time to wait. They promised by the time we got to the store the pizza would be ready. No we had to wait an additional 15 mins after getting there. The management sucks. The woman/girl at the register was rude. Sorry black employees need to act civilized while working, she was giving off all attitude and no cares. Never ordering from here again. I’m kinda done with pizza huts mess anyways. Especially with them not giving peppers and cheese with pizza anymore. Peace

Slowest pizza hut in the world, and they’re out of pan pizza tonight!!! Come to find out the manager is the one making the pizzas, and then the cashier tells us the manager just left and now someone who’s new is making pizzas. Waited over 45 minutes PAST the time the online order said my pizza would be ready, only to receive completely wrong pizzas! The waiting room was full of very angry customers getting wrong orders the whole hour I was there. What a poorly managed location this has become(seems like it used to be MUCH better!!!) District Manager is Eric Scioneaux with Muy Brands if you need to complain. His e-mail is first. last at muybrands dot com.

What can be said about a budget-pizza franchise that hasn’t already been said? The deliveries are rarely on time, and averages 45 – 60 minutes to get your order. This is not entirely unreasonable in our area compared to the others. The normal response when they make a mistake, is to correct it and send it right out within 30 – 35 minutes after they realize the mistake. So what is the big difference between Pizza Hut and the other guys? CUSTOMERSERVICE. Online ordering works about 75% of the time. When you call the«local store», you are routed to National Customer Service. In the National Call Center, you can place and track orders, but there is only a 50% chance your order gets transmitted to the store correctly. If you call for assistance in fixing the order, the National Call Center explains it was their fault, and can not fix the order they sent in error, but will gladly give $ 5.00 off your NEXT order. I, for one, will choose one of the other guys before going through this circus again.

The last TWO times I’ve called Pizza Hut for a pizza, I’ve been put on hold before ever talking to a human. Both times, after 3 – 5 minutes, without anyone(human) checking in with me, I’ve finally hung up and taken my business to Papa Johns or Marcos, who answer promptly(with a human;)). Business lost!

Over 2 hour wait for delivery on Pizza. You can’t even call the actual location, you have to wait for a call from the manager. Good luck on that. If I could do a NEGATIVE star review I would. Do not order. Go local. Marcos Pizza is better anyways.

DONOTORDERFROMHERE, go Papa John’s, Domino’s, or a small chain. This Pizza Hut is ridiculous! I was quoted over three hours wait time for ONECHEESEPIZZA. When it didn’t arrive in 3 ½ hours, I called the store. At which point, I was transferred to a calling center and asked a hundred times my phone number, which pizza hut I was intending to reach, etc. After eventually getting in contact with them, they claimed it wasn’t their fault and that because I ordered at a busy time, I’d have to wait longer. Upon complaining about the already super long wait, the person on the other end said«you shouldn’t complain. We’ve had customers wait a lot longer than you that aren’t complaining.» Excuse me? 3 ½ hours is more than what I wanted to wait in the first place, let alone longer than that! When my delivery driver arrived, I tipped him seven dollars! For driving from the store to my house. Seven dollars. For a cheese pizza. He says, «That’s all?» Like, excuse you? Who taught you to be so rude? I don’t HAVE to give you anything, and I feel like that’s a fair tip considering it’s one pizza that took over four hours to arrive. When I take the slice and put it on my plate I realize that it’s ice cold, and aside from that, the cheese isn’t even melted. I got a cheesy crust pizza, and it was almost hollow inside the crust. The cheese had settled to the bottom where it hardened. How fucking long was my pizza sitting for? I also ordered soda which didn’t arrive, but I wasn’t going to wait another four hours for soda. I let that one slide. Fuck this place. And I hope you assholes at Pizza Hut read this and know that I fucking hate you.

If there were such thing as a zero star rating, this place would deserve it hands down. As I write this, it is 2:45PM on a Thursday. I ordered my pizza online at 12:06. The receipt said expected delivery time was 2:06. I scoffed at first, but since I am working from home and am on conference calls, I figured I could wait that far out. My food has not arrived and it is approaching three(3) hours. Worst f**king Pizza Hut ever.

I placed my order online and when it did not arrive an hour later I called the store. Within about 2 minutes their delivery driver had called me back. She said she was on some street I had never heard of. It turns out she was rather far away from me on Cypress North Houston which wasn’t anywhere near my location. I had her verify my address, and then gave her the name of my subdivision as well as my cross streets. She said she still couldn’t find it with her GPS. I entered my full address into Google and my house came right up(it’s rather easy to find mind you) and keep in mind my last 50+ orders, not once has a driver ever not been able to find me. But she couldn’t so I said I guess then since you can’t deliver my order we’ll have to cancel the order. She replied by saying«FUCKYOU» and then hanging up on me. I called the store to report that I wanted to cancel my order, and make sure I wasn’t charged since the problem wasn’t on my end. I didn’t plan at that point on reporting the driver — figuring everyone has a bad day. But in the 11 minutes I was on hold trying to get through with someone the driver had called me a total of 14 times harassing me. She called me a bitch, and made threats to come to my house if I got her fired. I told her to stop calling me so she gave her number to a friend who called me a cunt. All this just to get a pizza? Seriously? I told her each time very clearly — stop calling me(she had my cell phone # — while I was on hold on my household line with the store) When I finally got to a manager of the store he tells me there is really nothing he can do, it’s not like he could fire her or send her home for the day. Then he said«if this even happened». Seriously? I asked him if people were in a habit of just randomly calling in and reporting threats on their life and being cursed out by the pizza hut delivery driver and he said, well no but still there is no way to know if she really even called you. I reminded him that I was speaking with the Pizza Hut call center during some of her calls — and that no doubt they record those calls. She was calling on my cell phone, which I put on speaker so some of her calls including twice when she called me a bitch was probably recorded by their call center. For sure at least 4 of her calls to me took place while I was speaking to someone from their call center. So he didn’t just have to take my word for it, he could just listen to the recordings of his own company and hear it with his own ears. His only solution was to re-make my order and get another driver to deliver it. Obviously I declined and ordered from another company. But later I realized, he didn’t even offer to give me my order for free. So in the end I realized I ordered a pizza to be called names, cursed out, have my life threatened and be called a liar by management and they even offer me 10% off my order. Seriously? Clearly pizza hut needs to reconsider their employee AND management training program. This should have never happened but even worse is the way management handled it. Why did it take 11 minutes to get someone on the phone? Why would you ever leave a customer hanging for that long. Seriously? Why would you ever ever ever ever say the phrase«if it really happened» to a customer EVER? I don’t care if you are thinking it — you sure in the heck don’t say it out loud.

I will never order from this location again… and will definitely think twice before choosing Pizza Hut. One slip up is forgivable, but two is not. The first bad experience was with an order of boneless wings. They arrived without any sauce! After calling and speaking with a manager, the excuse I was given was that«the wings sit under a heat lamp and sometimes the sauce dries up because they’ve been sitting there.» NOT something I want to hear as your customer. The second bad experience was even wose. After waiting over an hour for an order that was promised in 30 minutes, our pizza and wings arrived stone cold. The pizza looked as though it had been dropped because it was mushed and folded over. Over half the pizza was missing the one topping we ordered, too. I called the phone number listed on my online receipt and I was told a manager would call me back in 10 – 15 minutes. I have yet to hear back from anyone at the store… nearly two weeks later and counting. The third time will not be the charm for them.

I pride myself on being a flexible person, but in reality, I can be quite stubborn when it comes to principles. Back in the 90s when Wendy’s pulled their ads from the«Ellen» episode where she comes out, I boycotted them with all my LGBT friends, and I didn’t go back until my friends went back. I didn’t eat Domino’s pizza for well over 10 years because of the founder’s political leanings and the organizations he donated to(lucky for me he finally sold the chain!). And so it was with Pizza Hut. A few years back, the Pizza Hut that had served my neighborhood for probably 30 years closed down. They sent me a flyer telling me which Pizza Hut to call for delivery, but when I did, they said the flyer was wrong and directed me to another Pizza Hut. When I called that one, same thing. The third one I called didn’t serve my neighborhood either, but the manager felt bad at the way I had been treated and offered to deliver to me until the other one got their crap straight. Not long after, online ordering became available and I was content once more. Then one day, with no warning and for no reason I could ever ascertain, online ordering was no more. I logged in and it said I could only order online for carryout; for delivery, I would have to call. What the bloody hell? I did call. Not only were they unable to explain the change, they put me on hold four times and screwed up my order. That was it for me. No more Pizza Hut. But every once in awhile, I longed for that stuffed crust pizza goodness… I logged into my account the other day with trepidation after seeing the commercial for their new lasagna. It worked! I ordered a lasagna and just in case, a large stuffed crust pizza, half cheese, half veggie. My order arrived in about 30 minutes, piping hot and fragrant. I opened the lasagna and was horrified at what I saw. My daughter wrinkled her nose and said«looks like pig slop, I’m not eating that shit». She was right, but I reasoned that lots of stuff comes out of MY kitchen looking disgusting, but tasting quite good. The first bite wasn’t so bad… there was oregano for sure, lots of ricotta, but something was missing. What was it? Oh right, mozzarella cheese! If I had to guess, I’d say basically they shoved some ricotta between two layers of pasta, dumped some pre-made marinara sauce on top and then topped it off with ground beef that had been seasoned with oregano. It was not good. That commercial where they purportedly dupe a restaurant full of Italians into believing they’re eating gourmet lasagna? No freakin’ way, unless the Italians are either drunk, actors, or a combination of the two. I have not one ounce of Italian in me and I could feel Italian grandmas everywhere rolling over in their graves that Pizza Hut was selling this slop as lasagna. Even MY lasagna tastes and looks better. As for the stuffed crust pizza, nothing’s changed for me. I still love that gooey, cheesy crust, and once you blot the grease off the pie itself, it’s pretty good. So one star for the pizza, one for the delivery. None for the lasagna or online ordering because I am holding a grudge just a little while longer.
