The rehearsals by far separate school of rock cypress from every other music teaching business i have looked into. Also they cater to adults as well with there lessons and classes at night. The instructors teach and motivate you in a positive way to learn and love music. Joining the school of rock cypress one of the best decision I made worth every penny … best part if your not sure you can get a free tour and you can see how they teach…

This place is super cool and if you can afford it, you should definitely check it out! This would definitely be the place to go. I have three teenage girls, each interested in a different instrument. So I went online and sent the email to set up a free trial session for each of them. The décor was certainly fitting for the School of Rock, with images of students rocking out and murals of music legends plastered all over the walls. There was a band rehearsing while we were there and they sounded amaze-balls! Playin a little Rage, Foo Fighters, Journey, etc. Josh hooked one of my kiddos up with drum lessons and he was also the same guy who greeted us when we walked in. Super friendly and was asking her about her tastes in music and had her tearing up the drums. Sara(h?) taught one of them the keys and sent my kiddo home with some sheet music and had her ready to perform a song for me when we got home on our keyboard. Casey(also sp?) taught my other kiddo some funky tunes on the guitar and she had two songs down by the time the session was over. And of course they all loved it! Each one of my kids walked out beaming which was an awesome feeling. That feeling quickly faded when we went over the prices. Let’s just say that for three kids, I’d be paying damn near the same as my rent. Unfortunately, that’s just not something we can do at this time. So, for now, I’ll just keep scratching them tickets and crossing my fingers.
