In our search for our first home we came across a home that looked nice enough, Tiffany Markovsky was the listing agent. My wife called Tiffany to schedule a showing, she chose to have an associate represent her, William Aviles. William arrived late, dressed as if he’d raided his dads closet for grown up clothes. He let us into the house and walked us through. He was not familiar with any of the details. Didn’t really even seem like he wanted to be there. When we had questions regarding the reverse osmosis, or the obvious reconfiguring of the upstairs he hurriedly scanned a print out of the MLS listing while mumbling and eventually suggested that we call or email Tiffany with any questions.
We moved on to other properties and came back to this one. After contacting Tiffany with my questions as William suggested I should do since he didn’t bother to learn anything about the listing he was showing, she added that I should «feel free to contact William to make an offer.» I had no intention of doing this as I prefer to work with professionals who put at least a modicum of effort into their appearance, attitude and verbal skills. So I felt free to go with whatever agent I wanted.
Around 5pm I received an Email from William reading «contact me to submit offer» just like that, no punctuation. I explained that we’d already submitted an offer through our Agent Sharon Higgins, a professional. He responded that from now on OUR realtor needs to be showing us the properties, and not him. After explaining that we never requested him, and after seeing his «style» of showing that we would never willingly ask him to represent us, he went on a tirade about how many homes he has in closing (2) and how his two clients are so lucky to have him. His emails are painful to read, very little English proficiency, he has the grammatical prowess of a rock. Eventually his last email ended with «Don’t email me no more»

Tiffany did a fantastic job! She got top dollar for the house we sold and negotiated the details of our new home perfectly. Both transactions went smoothly. We could not be happier with her professionalism and marketing skills. We highly recommend Tiffany and the Sky Real Estate team!
