I had a good experience at SoundSation until, months after my alarm and remote door locks were installed, I noticed that the doors were not locking. The alarm would arm but anyone could have opened the doors at any time. I have recently discovered that a solenoid was installed in the passenger side door but not in the driver side door.
I hoped that I could resolve this issue with Nate but SoundSation seems to be out of business and the phone number is no longer valid. I am angry but what can I do?

Took our daughter’s car in to have the stereo properly installed and to get a new antenna. Nate was extremely helpful. The work was done quickly and professionally and at a great price! I would highly recommend taking your car to Nate!
