They called the wrong person again after my credit card expired. I had asked them to remove this information and received a confirmation that they had done so, but today was informed that they were contacting old information again.
I feel lied to at this point, and now I’m more than a little concerned about what might happen if something were to ever go wrong with my unit (say a fire for instance). How am I ever going to be updated if they keep contacting the old owner of the unit?
Very unhappy at this point.

My family and I had THE BEST experience here. I was referred by my aunt who used them several years back. Patrick had real down to earth tones/​customer service. Very helpful and always kind/​funny. Always spoke to us when he saw us. Move out was smooth as well. Good prices. DEFINITELY recommend them!

I needed short term storage and called this place. I spoke to Cindy and was initially told the storage I wanted was probably to small. She recommended a slightly larger spot and it was exactly what I needed. Drive way could use some attention. But great service and clean facility.
