Poorly run. Only one person on duty at lunchtime. Soda machine not working. Chips not stocked. Poor example of a subway

Pre-ordered a sandwich tray on Thursday for pickup on Saturday. When I arrived they said they had no record of the order and it would take 30 mins to an hour(!) to make it. I had them just make me 4 foot longs(it took 5 minutes) instead. I got no apology and no discount. Bad customer service — I will never be back.
