Wow! I just called to set up an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist actually hung up on me with a curt, «Okay,» when I asked to provide personal information upon arrival rather than over the phone.

I am not sure which location called me to set up my allergy treatment, so I will leave this review for the location I first visted. I feel that any and all costs associated with treatment(allergy shots) should be disclosed when the patient asks, «What it will cost?». I did not find out about the need for an epipen until I had already commited to treatment and invested much of my time. $ 100 is not going to break the bank(I have a HSA for things like this), but for someone in another financial situation, this unexpected cost could keep them from treatment or delay it longer… after they have already invested time and money in the prerequiste appointment(none of the office locations are centralized or convenient except for, possibly, the medical center location. And they charge for parking. Thisnecessitates the need to go in to work late, leave eraly, or take an extended lunch). Once treatment is complete, I will NEVER use your servies again. I will tell anyone that asks to use ANY ent other than you guys. And I will be contacting my primary care Dr. that referred me so they know and hopefully start sending referrals elsewhere.

Had my first appointment here today with Dr. Morgan. Upon walking into the office I was not greeted at all. The front desk person only pushed a sign in clipboard toward me to use and did not acknowledge me past that. No eye contact, no smile. I took a seat and witnessed her unflattering behavior as patient after patient came in. None did she greet or acknowledge. Finally, someone came in that had apparently been there before and stated«Oh, they have you out here today» which made me realize that perhaps they don’t have her at the front desk regularly for a reason. The wait time WASOVERANHOUR past my appointment time. Once I was able to see the actual Doctor, my visit was rushed and I felt like he wasn’t listening to me. In fact, I gave him some of my medical history and watched him type his notes completely inaccurately. Once it was time to check out, again, the staff member did not smile, or greet me when I approached her, but instead, reprimanded me for where I was standing. She never made eye contact with me, or thanked me for my visit. Is it this painful to work at Texas ENT? If so, I certainly don’t want to entrust my care to them. I left feeling the same as I felt when I walked in, with the same issue with no real answers. Sorely let down. Don’t waste your time —

I really like dr Tounge. He’s very patient and the over-all staff is very pleasant. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I’ve been coming here for 2 yrs now. My friend loves dr Cordes.

I chose this place because it was a recommended place through my insurance. Everything was going great until I had to go in and wait for the doctor. 40 still sitting here and no doctor yet. So disappointing I had high expectations about this place It’s crazy how long this entire process took for a literally no more than five minute conversation with the doctor. I will probably go to another ENT place

DONOTGOHERE. I dealt with Dr. Toung and while he was a good doctor, the business office ruins it completely. They triple booked my appointment time. They did not verify my insurance or my health care account and charged me 200 dollars for something that should have been covered by the healthcare account. I was told I had to pay as there was no one who could check into that for me. When I called this morning I was transferred to the same person I had talked to the night before. This time he was the person who handled insurance. When I tried to explain what was going on, he once again tried to say that he needed to call someone else. When I asked for the number he tried to say that I was not allowed to call their business office and that the people would be mad if I called. Doctors need to remember that business office practices can lose them clients. I will never return to this office. Update: After speaking to central business office, I will be receiving my money back in 7 – 10 business days. Still I would not return, I was basiaclly told, this is policy, we are sorry that your insurance works in a way we don’t recognize and too bad so sad. Only got this resolved after pulluing in my insurance company to explain how my healthcare account works.
