Do not take your computer here. We had them«try» and put a hard drive in a Imac. turned out damaging the connector on the motherboard that goes to the lcd screen. Of course blamed it on my 68 year old mother. He did offer to replace it but 6 months later and continuous lies we have given up. Jake the owner will make every excuse in the book and site all his personal problems as reasons why your computer isn’t fixed. We just had to bite the bullet and buy a new computer. Please dont fall for this guys scams. if you dont believe me believe complaints to the BBB

I took my broken flash drive in to get my data recovered off of it. Sadly, these folks said they couldn’t do anything with it. I took it to another place in Conroe and they had no problem recovering the data. If you need data recovery services, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I called and spoke to jake over the phone at the cypress location. As he built my confidence up that the computer could be fixed. I went to the store. He assured me that he would be able to have my computer back the same day. It took them 3 weeks to give me my computer back. I checked the computer and nothing has been done. I called and said I wanted my money back and he refused! He said that the computer is in working condition. Dont do business with these guys.
