Thacker Berry Farms

I love the farm fresh organic strawberries but I hate their current strawberry price. Last year, 3 baskets were priced at $ 15…this year the price went up to $ 21. I just bought organic strawberries from farmers market in the same city last week and it was only $ 8 for 3 baskets with free samples. Please lower your price and make it reasonable for your customers.

I have been coming to Thacker Berry stands for about 20 years now! And it goes WITHOUT saying that if they had a BAD or nasty product I would NOT have been coming back for almost 20 years and forking over my hard earned trust fund. hahaha Just Kidding but not! Not really! ahahh!
Their strawberries are vine-​ripened and are delivered to the stands daily, straight from the farm. They are unprocessed without gasses and preservatives for the highest quality taste and nutrition. Whereas store bought strawberries are picked ¾ percent green and are gassed and sprayed with HORRID preservatives, which by the way are KILLING US slowly. Then they are shipped and all those PRESERVATIVES are SUPPOSED to increase shelf life except once you get them home they shrivel up and die or mold and grow fur in the frig. The varieties that Thacker Berry Farms grow are grown for flavor and nutrition, AND NOT for shipping and shelf life.
The have been providing SoCal with the best Strawberries on earth for over 20 years. I believe 23 to be exact. That is a LONG time to be CONSISTANT ESPECAILLY when you have to contend with the elements and the CRAZY weather we have in SoCal but they have seem to make it work which is a GOOD thing for the consumer and ME!
Now for the first time in 23 years they are selling CERTIFIED ORGANIC STRAWBERRIES and BLUEBERRIES! They said it took so long because they are promising the «Best Strawberries On Earth». That is a HUGE STATEMENT! They said that the organic strawberries in the past that they created just did not have flavor that was up to their standards. AND they PROMISE that their Certified Organic Strawberries are the best organic strawberries you’ve ever tasted or your money back. They put their MONEY WHERE THEIR MOUTH IS! I LOVE THAT! You can’t go wrong, because you’ll get your money back. YOU LOSE NOTHING!
Their stands are ALL OVER OC, Riverside and parts on Long Beach so stop by and give them a shot. They even have a berry stamp card and you can get a FREE basket after I think 12 stamps. That is pretty cool! With summer coming strawberries will make for a GREAT snack, dessert and party food! Woohoo! Slice some up in your lemonade to pretty up the container it is in for a party!
