I usually shop at Lowe’s but have recently found the pricing better at Home Depot. I am responsible for replacing the cabinetry in our church that was ruined from the recent flooding. Joe at the contractors desk was awesome and able to help me get the best pricing for our project.

Horrible customer service at this location. We were comparing carpet prices to a couple of other competitors and this Home Depot was absolutely ridiculous. We waited for 15 mins in carpet for someone on a Saturday and they even called the girl carpet associate who was no where to be found. We walked to another section to look at another item we were needing for our home. We returned to the carpet section 10 minutes later and the girl still wasn’t there. Another associate called her again but she never came(we waited another 20 minutes). Some other associate finally came by and was absolutely no help at all and said we should take the time to look at carpeting samples while we waited… after I already told him we’d been waiting for the girl for about 40 minutes… at that point I just walked out. Recommendation to management: employ someone who can be found and if she’s on a break, replace her with someone else who can help.

Husband and I are here almost weekly. today was our second time purchasing blinds we needed to cut… and once again just like the first time NOBODY was anywhere to be found in the blinds section. We went to the service desk twice and no one showed up… the first time we waited over an hour to get our blinds cut… today not as long but still… why is no one ever in the blinds section?

I love Lowe’s, I especially love their discount plant section so I will be back. It’s unfortunate, however, that the employee that I asked for help at the self checkout line during a time when she was totally unoccupied(had no customers except me) for the entire encounter obviously wanted me to go to another checkout because she didn’t want to help me or to do her job.

Walked in as happy as could be and found an employee probably in her 50’s with a scanner, nicely asked where the furniture markers were, and she looked at me with the look of death. If her eyes could kill… Then an other employee rudely interrupted before she could even answer my simple ass question. None of the employees had a damn smile on their face. Fix your employee experience because the customer experience was horrible. Couldn’t even get a welcome when I walked in. Ruined my night!

Very disappointed. Looking to buy an outdoor ceiling fan. They call someone to help, he said he was no electrician but he’d try to help. Did not help much. Did tell me to get installation to go to the service desk. I decided to cut him loose. Went to service desk to ask how much installation and was told they contact a lead and price of installation would be determined then. Wow. Deserves no stars but wouldn’t let me post without stars.

This location seems to be always a free for all. You know the feeling but that doesn’t bother me. There’s always end caps that have weekly sales of items. They usually have staff that’s always hard to find. I just need them for one question And it’s always to ask what they have in stock? They seem skittish to me at times. It’s decently stocked at times somewhat organized.

This home depot is really convenient for me but it is very difficult to get help.

Worst Home Depot in texas. Constant long lines with one cashier working lumber side of store. Self checkouts stay packed. Everytime I go in I wind up leaving and going to lowes across the street. No one working here seems to care about customer service. Feels like I am at walmart.

My default hardware store! I had the misfortune of running errands for a home project on Christmas Eve, and although it was busy and bustling, the customer service was really helpful. We couldn’t find what I was looking for in the store, but the employees were quick in helping me search. They also pulled up other options online for me, which was time consuming on their part(computers were slow), but very thoughtful in my opinion. I’ll be a lifelong customer.

As far as Home Depots go, this one is fine. I guess my overall issues with this chain are that I find it difficult to locate what I need, there’s generally very few employees around to ask for help, and they have what I need about 50% of the time — this one is no different. They had the grill cover and power bar I was looking for, but not the kind of replacement plug I needed. Oh well — we’re pretty much stuck with them and Lowe’s as our national hardware options.

Brought power washer here in early May to get repaired, nobody knows where it is yet and tomorrow is October 1st. However, they charged me an extra $ 120 late fee for turning the power washer I rented 2 hours late. Nobody seems to care.

I never seem to find someone to be helpful to us unless we are wandering in the appliance section and just admiring. I wish someone were walking around the WHOLE store to help anyone out at anytime. Overall they have pretty decent customer service and it’s a great place to find all your home improvement needs.

They will tow your car if you leave it parked in their lot and do it without any posted signs, warning or notifications. According to the tow company, they towed away 10 cars the same day. I had to pay $ 260 to get my car back. How much of a cut did Home Depot get out of that? Not a very Cypress-friendly business practice if you ask me!

I love home depot. I always feel like a lost and helpless damsel in distress whenever I visit and the workers are always so helpful and knowledgeable! Plus, where else can you find rugged-dirty-sweaty-manly men in steal toe boots and stylish white tees(ignore the burrito juice stains) — who drive F150s and build stuff with their bare hands!!! Oh my!
