The Orleans

Been living here a few years now and really like the environment. The management team is a husband and wife and are always on any issue we have had.
It is a great little community.
The one down fall I would say is the windows need to be replaced in order to bring down the noise as well as weather issues.
I think anyone that has had an issue here must not realize how nice this complex is compared to others.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. This place is rotten from the core out. First off the on site manager (wife and husband team Tammy and Ronaldo) are absolutely LAZY and have very little or no idea what they are doing far less, how to be professional. Tammy sits all day by the pool discussing existing tenants business with her buddies while they puff away on the cigarettes and alcohol. (Mind you her buddies are tenants and friends of) so you can imagine it’s a big party at anytime of day. While repairs are nonexistent or half way done. Asking them to repair is like begging them to perform their jobs as on site managers. Ranaldo NEVER speaks, say hello or good morning. He is very obnoxious and Tammy no different.
Trash Trash Trash to the LOWEST degree! There’s a reason why The orleans have a revolving door. There’s a few decent tenants left but I am sure they will soon be gone and all that would be left are the scum at the bottom of the barrel.
