I have shopped for clothes at many places but the employees at tillys are very welcoming to you. They try to help out on any problems you might have when searching for clothes, they give you advise on some of the outfits and are always there when you need assistance.

I went in on a mission to find a hoodie. The staff was more than helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The best part of my visit however came when it was time to be rung up. I was helped out by a young kid named Charles if I recall correctly. He was super friendly and made me feel welcomed. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been shopping here for my boys since they were 10 and now as grown young man. Great service and always helpful! I just wish that had more sizes in young boys for my youngest

Love the store been going here since I was a teenager. The prices are a bit steep but the one thing that keeps me from being a faithful shopper is that the employees follow you around like your going to steal something. They have way too many employees working, I hate going in because they all follow you around and say hi at least five times! I just walk out now! I can’t shop comfortably being «stalked» and said «hello» to a million times! They literally pop out of no where and scare the crap out of me!

Went shopping today for some new summer clothes. I’ve always liked this Tillys and the selections although I wish they made larger sizes or carried more XL. I arrived early today so there weren’t many other customers. One of the associates named Taylor greeted me immediately and proceeded to assist me through my entire visit. She made great suggestions and brought various sizes and styles to me in the fitting room. She went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciated her input and advice. Sadly I could no longer fit into the large sizes :(nevertheless, star by Taylor’s name!!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even called a few other stores to check on a certain item for me, so I wouldn’t have to drive around. Thanks!!!

Worst experience ever. Came here with my fiancé just to shop around. I was in the girl section while my fiancé was in the guys section. Came back to my fiancé telling me he was being followed by the worker. My fiancé is Asian by the way and yes, he doesn’t look rich. We were the only Asians there too. Just because he doesn’t look like he has money, doesn’t mean we don’t. I’ve never seen my fiancé so mad at a worker before. And yet he was still following us. Never going back here again.

Great little store! Just a little smaller than a few other ones I’ve been to. I had to call and make sure they were even open because on Google there was almost nothing on it! At first the girl in front was busy chatting with another customer looking at apps on her phone. Then finally after a few minutes she finished and helped me out. Besides the initial poor customer service they asked if I needed help told me about their specials.
Then they were nice enough to give my son a key chain because he was a little fussy while I was trying to exchange some things. I noticed with the girl who was just chatting with a customer, she wasn’t being rude it was just her personality to chat with everyone.
Soooo after all it wasn’t a bad trip I would definitely go back!!!

Customer service was excellent! Not the biggest store; didn’t have my size in the shoes I wanted but that’s ok. The customer service will make me come back again. :)

A few days ago I walked in here to see if they had any boots, since I spent the most part of an evening shopping different stores and malls for boots that I would like. Finally, I found a pair that I was in love with. Unfortunately, I didn’t have money at that moment, and the store was busy so I figured if I came back during the day, I’d be able to get better service.
Fast forward to today. I come in with high hopes that I will finally get the boots I want. I go in and it’s pretty dead. A good sign I thought. Boy, was I wrong! I couldn’t find anyone to help me out!
I wandered around and then finally asked the girl at the counter if she could help me. She replied in a bored and disinterested way, «yeah, someone will be here to help you.» So, I walked back to the shoes and waited… and waited… finally another girl walks up to the girl at the counter and they start chit-​chatting. I’m waiting patiently when finally they remember I’m waiting.
The other girl walks up to me and says, «We only have a size 9» and then walks away.
Dude! I would have tried the 9! But whatever. I haven’t shopped there in a few years. Now I remember why, shitty service and rude employees. I can understand if maybe they were swamped with a bunch of shoppers, but I was the only person in the store.
I wish there was less stars so I could give them negative stars. lol. :)

Average Tilly’s. They never have my size in ANYTHING, from shirts to shoes… doesn’t matter. They never have it.
I supposed it’s my own fault through, since I’m a straight «medium» all the way across. So they are always out of the most popular size. Guess I can’t get on them for that.
Employees are always nice, and I always like asking about the deals they have going on (there is ALWAYS one), and all the wallets/​belt buckles they have in the glass cases. I only make trips here for back-​to-​school shopping, but it gets the job done.

Meh! Decided to stop by this location on my way home. Its slighly smaller then the one im used to at the LB town center. Staff was nice and helpful but since the store is smaller they dont carry to much back stock on some sizes. On the plus note it wasnt to busy which was great!
