Simnply the best! It didnt take me 5 mins to deside this was the Orthodontist for my daughter! The staff and Dr. Chen are so amazing! Friendly, informative and caring dont even cover it. They do so much to make the kids excited about their braces. They are more than an Orthodotis office. They truly care about their patients on a whole other level. I HIGHLY recommend going here!

As far as Orthodontists go, Dr. Chen is the best! I’m a dentist myself, so I’m tough on my dental/​medical providers, and Dr. Chen passes the test. I not only appreciate Dr. Chen’s clinical knowledge, but the fact that he really cares about his patients! Dr. Chen is always kind, and I appreciate that he and the True Image Team inform and educate me on what’s going on. I really enjoy that he talks to both parents and children with the same respect, and doesn’t speak over the kiddos.
The front office team is always very friendly and efficient. Bonus, they even have fresh baked cookies for you in the waiting room on the way out.
The final reason True Image Orthodontics is the best; the amount of time, expense and energy they put pack into the Cypress community. Any dentist can be great with their own patients, but Dr. Chen goes beyond. I’d recommend them not only to my own patients, but my own loved ones.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and he doc was awesome, taking the time to answer my questions and to make sure I understood what he was recommending and why. And, they offered snacks, which made them a hit as far as my son was concerned. Their office is very nice, and I appreciated the office policy on separate billing for divorced parents. We elected to use this orthodontist for my son’s care after the free initial consultation.
