Great flavor choices & toppings. It was clean and worked perfectly to satisfy my sweet tooth. Only gave it 4 stars because the cashier was nowhere in sight for a bit & because the bathroom has low lighting. I’d come back though.

A nice variety of frozen yogurts and toppings. Everything was fresh. My favorite place so far.

I love Tutti Frutti yogurt, but I have to agree with many of the other reviewers… this place is dirty. The walls, the floors and the restroom. Also, like so. eone else said, the girl working here keeps dissapearing.

The joint was dirty. The staff(singular, one person) was texting, kept disappearing into the back, and was just in general not very helpful at all. There was not a soul in sight, yet the floor was dirty, tables dirty, etc. I am not even going to do them a favor and review their product(which isn’t too bad, unfortunately). Lots of potential.

Out of all the froyo places in town, this has to be my fav. I absolutely love all their toppings. They change up the flavors regularly and have always had great customer service from them. Sadly they don’t have a Unilocal check-in offer like their competitors, but they do honor the check in discount if you ask. Really cannot make this review much longer, unless you want fluff. So it’s simple. I love it, it’s good, it’s inexpensive and they always have something new to try.

Good selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. Usually very clean and everything looks fresh. Would be nice if they had sample spoons for helping to make that difficult decision. Only thing that gets me is that they have a gratuity line when you pay by credit card. Am I going to tip you for just ringing up my order? No. Not a chance. Other than that annoyance, it’s a good place.

Pretty dirty place, mochi was old and runny yogurt consistency. I do like the coconut, pistachio and taro flavor options.

We found a screw in our cup of yogurt! When, two bites into her yogurt, my 8-year-old daughter spit out a small screw that she had bitten down on the manager accused me of putting it in her yogurt so that I could get a free yogurt! I threw both, barely eaten yogurts away and I asked for a refund. He REFUSED to refund me! This was our fourth or fifth visit and we loved the yogurt, but we won’t be back after this nightmare. My child is still crying over the experience. RUN don’t walk, away from this place!

I really enjoy going to tutti frutti! They have many flavors to choose from, as well as TONS of toppings. I would definitely recommend getting the toasted marshmallow flavor. The reason I don’t give tutti frutti an entire 5 stars is because it can be pretty pricey. Even if you get a small amount you can expect to pay quite a bit.

I’ve let my kids go into this place a couple times while getting my nails done next door so I decided to try it myself with my daughter. Let’s just say the place is really clean inside, agree with the other review as they were cleaning when I was there. I too would like sample cups and not to have a teen with cleaner hands to touch it. The flavors are great, so many I liked that I had to choose 2 to swirl. The toppings are better than the other froyo places in the area. The best thing they have over the others is hot fudge, not syrup, but FUDGE! I am definitely going back. They have regular plastic spoons in cute colors. Although I like the spoons at the other places, it is a waste of plastic and money. Money which can be put toward more toppings, LOL! They have several tables and chairs out front and I enjoyed sitting outside and watching the cars go by. One thing I would like to see improved is the friendliness of the kids and priority being put on samples for customers over constantly cleaning.

So the positives… this place is cutely designed. Gives me a modern ice cream parlor but with classic flare. Great toppings except they leave them entirely too big. I see what you are doing Tutti and me no likey. And that’s about where it ends. Too many high school kids running this joint. They do keep the place looking clean. They were cleaning the entire time I was in there however they seem to be unable to multi task. I need you to stop cleaning when customers are waiting to check out. I don’t like how they do not have sample cups readily available. I don’t need someone cleaning, with cleaning hands getting samples for me. I’m able and capable. And then make me feel awkward about asking for another cup. I wanna sample everything like at Menchie’s damnit! And since we are comparing, you need to upgrade your spoons to something fun-er(let’s pretend that’s a word). Definitely won’t be my go to froyo spot… sorry Tutt’s step ya game up, too much comp around these parts. But clearly by the traffic, I’m a one woman army so I guess never mind.

Perfection in a cup. They have an awesome amount of rotating flavors, and the best part you can sample as many as you want before deciding. Also, their topping bar is one of the best that I have ever seen. This location has even more topping choices than other Tutti Frutti locations in Houston. Only warning, watch how much you are putting into the bowl, they charge by weight and this can be a bit deceiving. We have been five times, and always get a medium size that we fill just to the brim. Four of the five times our bill was around $ 12…but the fifth time somehow the bill was a whopping $ 30…we both got the same medium bowl as always, so we are very unsure of what happened… Otherwise a delicious and fun experience.
