Customer service is absolutely horrible. Three times I have been promised a phone call to fix my issue. It has been over 30 days and no one has called me back. My issue is not resolved. Please go to AT&T. Cspire does not care.

Got a good deal on a phone case

My father and I visited this store the other day. Neither of us were in a very good mood due to the fact that my (ex)step-mother had ran up his bill to a riduculous amount to display either her vindictiveness or her stupidity, effectively ruining my chances of getting a line added that day.
Whenever our Customer Service Rep, Amy, came to our aid, she did everything she could to fix the situation. She made sure no further changes could be made to the accounts, changed the numbers, and added further security to his account all in about 20 minutes. She was efficient, sympathetic, and all-​in-​all very nice and professional.
If you are going there with any questions or concerns about your service, I would recommend her! She was extremely helpful and kind.
