As someone previously mentioned, it’s a bit pricey for a sandwich, but it’s not crazy in comparison to other none national chain. It’s certainly worth it though. I’ve read reviews where people apparently can’t figure out how this place works? It’s called common sense people. You pick your protein out of the deal RIGHTINFRONTOFTHEDOORYOUWALKIN. Then you fill out the sheet and take it to the order register. That’s it. Not difficult. The staff was very friendly and it only took about five minutes to get my food. I spent 20 bucks for a 14 inch but it was so much I split it into my lunch and dinner at work. Man, I’m full! Expensive, but we will come here every once in a while.

My favorite place to go when I’m in Biloxi for lunch. This great little franchise location is owned by a fantastic couple that obviously cares about their business. The staff is excellent and has always gone the extra mile to make sure my order was perfect. Definitely give this a try when you are in D’Iberville, Ms. The malts are excellent!

Three of my favorite things here: great customer service, great food and clean! Out of the five employees I saw, I interacted with three and they treated my wife and me very well. I will be coming back. Thank you, Which Wich!

A bit pricey for a sandwich. This was my first(and possibly will be the only) visit. I went to the register, only to be told to go get a bag and write my order on it. Ummm, ok… A for effort, I guess, for creativity in the ordering process. So, after I figured it I decided to try the reuben, just basic roast beef, sauerkraut, provolone(I know… but I don’t do swiss), and thousand island dressing. I love onions, so also added red onion. Waited around awkwardly for a few mins, since I was the only one there. Got my sandwich and took off. Now…taste test. FAIL. Salty beef, sauerkraut had a weird taste to it, onions were STRONG, slices were way too big and was loaded in my sandwich as though it were lettuce… and whatever dressing they chose to give me??? It was SUPPOSED to be thousand island. Whatever it was(creamy, tan-ish, bland spread) was NOT thousand island… not even close. Not impressed by this sandwich or how much it cost me. Maybe I chose poorly, maybe they put the wrong sauce on it, who knows. But meh. I’ll just get subway or firehouse next time.

Delicious sandwiches! Had a girls day with my 2 girls and they ate everything they ordered! Loved the writing their orders down on paper bags too!

Tried this place tonight for dinner. Awesome! The ordering system is strange but works perfectly. Tried the thanksgiving turkey. Comes with stuffing and cranberry. Genius! I added Swiss & Carmelized onions and chose to have it served hot. I will definitely be back. So much better than subway.

Fun way to pick sandwiches and toppings. Shrimp poboy was yummy. Roast beef was good. Ordered hot sandwich but wasn’t completely hot.

The food is really good. The shakes are AMAZING! Wasn’t real happy that they were rude when we came in tonight. The place closed in 40 min when we showed up to get 2 sandwiches to go! I am certain they have had a long day just like we have, but I was expecting service with some sort of a smile! Disappointed in that! But the food sure was good!

A solid choice for a quick sandwich. More expensive than other sub chains but I enjoyed the variety. I ordered the Hula which had ham and pineapple. The taste was there but I wish the toppings were more evenly distributed. I’m looking forward to going back and trying new sandwiches, it was hard to choose!

Cool sandwich place, and cooler ordering process! The amount of meat is a bit spares compared to Quiznos. There are some interesting types of sandwiches, but I would not say it is better than Quiznos.

Nice and unique restaurant but not that great for me. Just decent. Milkkshakes are really good though.

It’s a sandwich. A very good sandwich. Everyone can be satisfied here. They are extremely vegetarian friendly! Possibly even vegan friendly? Im not sure about the bread. I had the black bean sandwich. They used the highest quality frozen black bean patty. I’m used to limited options being a vegetarian so I’ll give 2 thumbs up for the veg option even if it is frozen. The spicy ranch has the right amount of zing without being strong. The bread is nice and hearty not airy and fluffy. The sub was toasted perfectly. I liked how crumbs didn’t explode all over the place when I bit into the bread. This is not a messy sandwich; I do like looking like a lady when I eat. They had cookies and chips that I hope to try in the future when I go back to try the other 4 vegetarian options.

For a chain, this place is magnificent. I like their concept of their variety and having customers mark down what they want. Their staff was polite. My sandwich was to my liking. I had the«Thank You Turkey,» which was turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce. So, if you want a quick bite, I would recommended stopping by.

As far as chain sandwich shops go, I believe this may be the best. I am a big fan of how you order there by writing down exactly what you want on your sandwich paper bag and submitting it to the workers there to make it for you. I feel their meat and ingredients quality is much better then the big sub chains around. Overall a great place to get a sub if you are in the mode for one.

Stepped in for a quick lunch and was stopped in my tracks by how this place operates. First of all, no one told me you had to first decided what kind of protein you wanted to eat before you could«build» your sandwich. My friends and I stood around like a bunch of lemmings for about three minutes before we figured out how this place works. So once one of us took the time to read the very concentrated menu and another decided to grab a sandwich bag and investigate, we were off to the races in «designing» our very own sandwiches. I decided to go with a pastrami and avocado sandwich(**** stars). The bread was light, flaky and warm. the sandwich, which is served on a french roll was very well put together in a manner where nothing spilled or got all over the place. While the menu was confusing and the tables were very plain and uncomfortable, the sandwiches were delicious,. This definitely beats subway or any of the other delis around the Coast. I will be back!!! For lunch…

This is my second time eating Which Wich since they opened almost 2 years ago. Its basically a customized sandwich meat shop. Very neat. My husband loves the chicken cordon bleu sandwich. I had the chicken sandwich topped w/lots of veggies. You have several selection from mushrooms, caramelized onions to avocado, tomotoes, etc. Pretty much any toppings you can think of. Their cookies are awesome! It’s freshly baked right when u place the order. Its a must try! Their tea is yummy also!
