Fernando’s work is excellent. I would recommend his work to anyone. He is very slow, precise and does excellent work. He painted my home inside and out, repaired my kitchen cabinets, installed backsplash in the kitchen and master bath, replaced rotten wood and damaged gutter.
My intentions were paint only. However with his work I requested more. I basically had not updated my home since purchase 16 years ago.
My wooden fix was installed right after purchase looked rotten. He pressure washed, replaced damaged planks, and stained. Looks like a new fence.

I’ve used Fercho many times for interior work in my home including repairs. They’re very knowledgeable, skilled, and more importantly honest. Their quality of work is excellent and I’ve recommended them to many of my friends. Not only do they do a great job painting but the company owner Fernando has an interior decorator eye and can determine what works or doesn’t in a certain room. They are my go to company when painting or renovations need to be done around the house.
