I contacted Joe through an online service(Thumbtack) and was able to determine he could work with the problem in a friend’s apartment. He was able to give me a response over the weekend for a Monday appointment, which I appreciated. He kept me informed of his arrival, and provided very helpful information on dealing with the problem, showing me the pest effects and how previous treatment was helping but explained how total eradication could be accomplished. Very friendly and thorough. Later, he went out of his way to make sure my friend had documentation so he would not be charged for damages. Very skilled and responsive.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would give this company a –5 rating. I purchased a Groupon and called for two weeks to schedule an appointment. Finally reached someone and made an appointment for an afternoon. They have those ridiculous appointment time windows from 4 to 7pm. Came home early from work to be available and no one ever came. As in no treatment, no call to cancel, nothing. The next day I get a voicemail saying they were sorry and they could come that afternoon. Well I was flying out of town so couldnt deal with the missing treatment on that day. Called the next week and got a supposedly quick appointment for the same day because they claimed to be so concerned. Oh how gullible we can be when we want to believe… and get a mosquito treatment. Later that day I did at least get a call canceling the appointment. I wasn’t surprised. At some point I started thinking they dont want to come to my neighborhood… for some strange reason… i cant imagine… maybe most people here look like me… idk. Thats the last I heard from this«company» despite leaving several messages and praying for a mosquito treatment. Even Groupon could not make it work and refunded my money. If you pay for any service from this company Id say make sure they show up before you pay, and go through a third party who can refund your money when they disappear.
