I am a regular to this stars and strikes, and I love it. Quality lanes and great service. Kali is always our bartender and she is on top of her game every night. She’s fast and makes great drinks. She will recommend something delicious if you arent sure what to order!

Just took the family here for the 1^st time and i must say we had a blast bowling. We had this Awesome girl check us out at the bowling counter her name I believe was Candice she was so sweet and nice that she found us a ramp for my youngest son to use and brought it to our lane for us. When the button X on the key pad wouldnt work she finished spelling my sons name (Knox) from the counter for us. She seemed very happy and more than willing to help us if we had any issue like when our lane broke down and she got us another lane supper fast. I wish there where more people in the work place like her it made our trip there so much better to have some so nice. We Will For Sure Be Back

The claw machines don’t work, the air hockey table doesn’t work… atomic rush doesn’t work, there’s no-​one at the snack bar… geez, wish I stayed home

Great place for cheap, fun date nights! My boyfriend & I usually bowl 4 – 6 games each so we love coming when they have good deals. On Sunday & wednesday it’s only $.99! The food is decent

Stars And Strikes is a great place to spend an evening bowling with family or friends. We bowled here once and had a great time. Lately I just come here with my son who enjoys playing some of their arcade games. The games here are a bit pricy. For $ 20 you 80 points/​credits (25 cents per credit) to play the arcade and the average game play is between 6 – 12 points ($ 1.50-$ 3.00). If you plan on playing the arcade, get the $ 25 or $ 50 action pass, you get 24 or 60 extra credit points, overall that is a better deal.
I have not tried their food yet. The bowling prices here are very reasonable. In the summer they allow kids to play for free on certain days, which is great to keep kids out of trouble.

No thanks. Husband got moldy bread in restaurant about a year ago. Never again.

I really enjoy taking my son to Stars and Strikes. It’s like a one stop shop for fun. I also like getting the emails about specials that are currently going on.

The only reason this place deserves even 1 star is because the arcade is decent. My kids & I love to bowl, and have now made 5… Yes, 5 attempts to go bowling here the past 2 months. EVERY time, something happens. The lanes are always malfunctioning and the last time I was there an employee told me «Sorry, all our lane techs quit because they don’t pay us anything»…I will never ever go back to this place again. We’ll go somewhere else even if I have to drive 30 minutes further away.

Kids had fun in the arcade. But the coaches corner Food is not worth the $$. The one waitress did wait on us in a timely fashion and we did get our food quickly. The food is just not that good in my opinion.

Would give zero stars of I could. WORST SERVICE EVER! Had to find someone to let us in to Laser Tag after waiting 25 minutes. The Laser Maze was out of fog so you could not see the lasers. When I complained about it I was told there was no one available to recharge the fog. While the bumper cars were running the attendant disappeared somewhere and was not back when time for next in line to go in. We went on a Tuesday night with unlimited arcade play for $ 9.99 (not including games that give tickets). But between having very few non prize games to play, the horrible wait for laser tag, and broken laser maze we don’t even feel like we got our $ 9.99 worth! And to make matters worse we went to eat in the restaurant, there was only one waitress and she was busy with all the full poker tables. Finally had to find a manager after waiting 20 minutes. It was a real disappointment as this was supposed to be our last hooray with the grandkids before school started. Going to Dave and Busters or Funnopolis next time.

Staff is very friendly and took great care of us during a birthday party. Food and service were both great along.

Having visited this place two Wednesdays ago, I seem to be addicted to the game of bowling now. There’s a bowling deal every Wed for $ 1. :) Needless to say, I think I’m getting hooked. I’ve gone here two Wednesdays in a row, and I have to say that my game is slowing improving. I will never be able to beat my date and his endless strike streak, but, I am getting better. :)
This place is fairly large since there’s two bowling areas, an arcade, a segregated bar, and mini snack area. So I guess this place is really big thinking about it. lol. As I mentioned about the two bowling areas, there’s the main one and another area for cosmic bowling (glow in the dark).
Overall, a great place for entertainment and being a big kid in my case. This place is right there off of 316. If you see the QT, then Stars and Strikes will be across the street.

Terrible service. Waited forever for a server to come take our order. Gave up and went to the bar to order. Placed the order with the bartender who did not bother to write anything down and had an attitude of «yeah, I can remember this whole order”-cocky. Comes back to our lane 30 minutes lady to «verify» our order and give us our drinks. I have waited tables before, I know this means the order hasn’t been placed yet. The whole time this bartender has an attitude of someone that might be working in the salt mines. We finally get our food at the end of the game and it’s cold. When we get our bill, suddenly our server is VERY FRIENDLY. Don’t you just love it when wait staff give you attitude and bad service all night and then think by smiling at the end of the night that they should get a big tip? I would bowl and play games here, but food… much better off eating at the mexican restaurant next door. They have friendly staff and hot/​tasty food.

I will never step foot in this racist ass place again. The white girl behind the counter gave us quite an attitude from the get-​go. Whatever happened to speaking with common courtesy? After we paid for our game and gotten our shoes we started bowling. Twenty minutes into our game, our lane suddenly got shut down out of the blue. No warning, no reason whatsoever. Surprised, I made my way to the girl and asked her why our lane was down. She began to rudely say that my 9 and 10 yr old little brother and nephew were wearing «inappropriate bowling shoes.» My god, the boys were wearing sneakers and gym shoes! Without hesitation, I decided to rent the bowling shoes for my boys so as to continue our family fun night. It would have helped if she had told us about the shoes at the time we were buying the game or at least warn us instead of shutting down our lane. The walk was not even that far of a walk just to speak to us. And guess what the major mack daddy of all incident that pissed me off the most? After I had bought the two APPROPRIATE bowling shoes for my kids, I noticed that the guy that had been bowling NEXT to our lane the entire night had been wearing SANDALS all along and why were we the only ones being targeted for wearing «inappropriate bowling shoes?» Suffice to say, I made my way back up to the girl and informed her nicely that since we had to rent bowling shoes to replace our tennis shoes, the guy next to our lane was wearing FLIP FLOPS to bowl even before we had arrived at our lane. Next thing I knew, she sent another male employee to hand the guy a pair of bowling shoes and said a few things to him while they all looked at us. It’s so obvious he got his bowling shoes for free because they were FRIENDS. This place is awful, unfair, and has bad customer service. I will never go there again with my family. This was my first and LAST time there and I will NEVER step foot there again. Horrible. Just horrible. What a bad experience and the girl with the attitude should get fired.

I enjoy coming to this place especially coaches corner on the inside. I’ve yet to play a game but I’m definitely looking at playing terminator on the 130 inch screen monitor, at least that’s what it looks like, could be bigger. I’m very satisfied with the food as I’ve never had any problems and it seems that everything I’ve ordered I have enjoyed. I love drinking beer and playing keno as you all know by now and it has everything I need to do that with. Depending on what time of day I go in, I have the entire place to myself but I love it!

For the money you may as well drive to Dave and Busters. Employees are sullen and low in patience. Service is slow and many games are broken.

This was my first time at this place (and my 3^rd bowling joint in and around Atlanta, GA) which I found using the Google Places app on my smartphone in order to while our time before a Sunday night movie due to start in 5 hours, It’s nestled in a shopping complex in Dacula, GA and is kind of ‘blink and miss’. We missed it the first time.
The place was packed with people and has bowling lanes on both sides (1 side normal and other side Neon lanes). We had a 35 min. wait time which was pretty accurate with their portable machines which beeps when your lane is available.
The lanes are smooth and stain free and the games are really cheap with some starting at $ 0.99 (True, if you don’t believe me), though they charge more on the shoe rentals :-) compared to other bowling joints.
It has a lot of arcade games and activities for kids and also have their bowling leagues for regulars.
They also have 2 large private rooms overlooking the bowling alleys for group parties and kid’s birthday celebrations.
The food and service are great. I recommend their fries with Cheese Sauce. Also, we ordered a Turkey Sandwich on home bread which would have been much better on an actual sandwich bread. (Their ‘home bread’ is kind of a Malaysian bread that you get in most groceries’ stores and not worth it. Ask if they can substitute for sandwich bread)
They also have a small bar for alcoholics (though beware, there are many Gwinnett Police cars patrolling the area)
BOTTOMLINE: Don’t Drink and Drive.
Hold on! That’s not all. I checked into this place using Foursquare app on my Droid, shared with my friends and it unlocked an American Express deal giving me $ 5 off. Who says American Express does not have its benefits. These kind of deals are great in terms of boosting these local businesses and bringing crowd.
Overall a great experience and value for money. Also a good buffer time between shopping and movies. Open till midnight. Great for people of all ages.
Downside: Not easily visible from the road and need to work on the Graphics and Animation displays for the bowling games.
General Tip (Not applicable for Stars and Strikes): Next time a business refuses to accepts credit cards or esp. Amex, simply walk away. Don’t patronize them for ripping you off.

No ‘Things to do with your kids’ list would be complete without Stars and Strikes.
We honestly prefer cheaper ways to entertainment our kids like hiking, searching for waterfalls and finding great swimming holes around our region of the United States. But ever so often I unloosen the wallet straps and go someplace like Stars and Strikes. For a kid, this place has a million activities. For the adult, there is a great sports pub where you can hang out late, drink til you drop and find your designated drive home. Located near the intersection of Hwy 316 and Hwy 29 (about 11 miles from the I-​85 junction), it’s pretty easy to find.
The main attraction is bowling, as indicated by the name. Here you will find typical league lanes on one side and «Boutique» lanes (or VIP) on the other. The league lanes will have your typical seating while the VIP lanes will have sofa seating and a more living room type atmosphere. We love either side, but prefer the boutique lanes when it’s super crowded. Best prices are the HOT DEALS like ALL-​you-​can-​bowl Friday and Saturday nights for $ 14.99/person or .99 cent bowling on Wednesdays. There is also Super Sunday Family Night for $ 29.99 which includes 1 hour of bowling, large pizza, pitcher of soda or beer, and shoe rental! You can also add an hour for $ 5 more. As for the little tike’s, there are electronic bumpers… so no gutter balls.
Other fun attractions include laser tag, bumper cars, and a full video and prize arcade. It’s fun to see your kids collect tons of tickets just to go barter for some cheap plastic prize that will be broken by breakfast the next morning, but hey… they love it! Kids eat free in the restaurant on Monday’s and for you card players there is Texas Hold ‘Em every night around 7:30pm. Great place to have a good time with your family, friends, groups or out of town guests! Great for birthday parties too! Another reason why I love life in Gwinnett County :-)

You can trust my reviews because my star ratings are based on value, not just fun or taste. With the daily deals, you can get several hours of good clean fun out of your visit here and not break the bank. Little children who might get bored bowling will likely be a little more expensive than teens who could probably bowl all day.

Most of those workers are freakin racist as hell! They shouldve given me a warning instead of shutting down my lane without any reason as to why they did that. The white kids that also had the same fraction did not get punished… it was just me, me and my friends lane. Lets just say If you arent white then you aint tyte.LOL.seriously…

Funnnn place for the kids while out of school.$ 5 laser tag and bumper cars… you can get 92 points for $ 20.that will allow you to play fair amount of arcade games… bowling area nice. they have adult drinks {yum} in coopers café. They also serve the typical things to grub on. wings, quesadillas, popcorn shrimp… my fav was the sampler with delish fried stringbeans. golden crispy!.. bring the kids out to let them enjoy summer break. its SCORCHING OUTSIDE… but its COOL INSIDE!!! STARS&STRIKES!!!
