While the staff was friendly, they were inexperienced and wasted two hours of my Sunday afternoon. It is now Monday evening and the phone they told me would be here today still isn’t. When I called the store this afternoon and asked the status of my phone, the friendly young lady said«I don’t know the status of your phone… I’ll have to email my boss. Sometimes it takes two to three days.» Not what she said yesterday. From now on I will drive the extra ten minutes to go to the corporate store in Wesley Chapel.
