Gautier’s Auto Body & Glass

No one wants to go to an auto body repair shop. Yet the wait at a typical shop is much longer than you might think which is reflective of just how many accidents occur on a daily basis. In my case, I am particularly unlucky having had 5 accidents (all of them no-​fault of my own) involving my personal vehicles in the last 6 years. And they have run the gamut in damage from a simple 2 day repair to a total loss. For a whopping 3 of those accidents, I had my car serviced at Gautier’s.
Each and every time I went to Gautier’s I encountered excellent customer service. Every detail was explained to me, and I was treated with respect. They understand here that their customers are not happy about having their cars repaired, so they are very sympathetic to them. They even go the extra mile and clean your car inside and out, wax it, even give you complimentary touch-​up paint, or most recently leave complimentary candy in your car. They really care about their customers and they strive to restore your car to its original condition. The craftsmanship is very impressive at this shop which is likely what has earned them their I-​CAR Gold Class Status. They are also a GEICO Express Repair shop which can really expedite the time it takes to repair your car if you have insurance with GEICO. And finally, they are family-​owned which I think really comes through when they treat their customers like real people and not account ledger entries. I have had the misfortune of having my former car repaired at a different auto body shop for one of my other accidents, and it was a horrifying experience. That was when I realized how good Gautier’s is. Highly recommend!
