It bothers me when I call and ask questions and the person at the company(sadly, typically a woman) acts like I should understand when they don’t explain thoroughly. Also, you are not doing me a favor by answering the phone. I am doing you a favor by calling. I can deal with attitude(if necessary, I guess) but it was the $ 95 diagnostic fee that they don’t apply to the final bill that seems exorbitant to me. No thanks!

These folks have always been good to me, and have delivered consistently excellent AC and furnace service for me. How they run their business is their business, as the SERVICE they gave was excellent. I always suggest them to folks who ask me who is best, especially after another company left me 4 days with no heat. They came right out and fixed the problem(wasp nest in the air intake) that day… I have to agree the techs are sometimes inexperienced, but they have always made it right at my house. I would call them in a minute if I needed service.

They gay bashed for Jesus with Christmas cards which said«traditional values are best.» Their tech almost died at my house when he took apart my outside unit without disconnecting the 240 volts. He said he «thought» I had flipped the breaker, although I gave no indication of that. And he was a total spaz case. But later I had a good experience with Mr Knepper who helped me get a real antique running good as new. He couldn’t be nicer or more knowledgeable and has been an instructor in HVAC. So it depends on who shows up.
