HOLIDAY DECOR AND MORE!
This is a quaint little shop located in downtown Dahlonega, GA. The owner’s granddaughter was sitting outside and monitoring sales on this Sunday during the Gold Rush Festival. She said that her grandmother had owned the store since before she was born, (approx. 20 years). She is an artist who loves to paint gourds. (fall and Christmas inspired), scarecrows, signs and other interesting items for the home.
We wanted to purchase a couple of the standing scarecrows and gourds but did not want to carry them around with us since they were rather large. Although there were other gourds at the festival, hers had great detail and appeared very lively.
We will definitely have to return in the next few weeks to collect some of the cute home décor items to add to our ever growing collection. Can’t wait!
