Turtle Creek Lawn Care

They will not answer your phone calls!
After establishing initial contact, and requesting their service, they started some work, but never finished. They let 3 weeks go by without revisiting to mow– no responses to phone calls or emails!
They appear to be content to let you rot while they lose business.

Don’t know why they called it Turtle Creek Lawn Care because if they cared about your lawn, they’d call you back when you requested a service appointment.

Bought a Living Social deal for this company and they haven’t picked up the phone once in the last 3 weeks I tried calling them. I’ve left voice mails, I’ve filled out their online request forms, and nothing. They even marked my voucher as redeemed without even speaking to me.
I bought this deal when my grass was still yellow and dormant, now its fully green and was in need of a mowing a week ago. That’s how long I’ve been trying to contact these people.
DO NOT waste your money.
