I went here after some frustrating experiences with Bank of America at Gainesville locations and the difference in service was stunning! Tiffany and the manager helped us to get a problem worked out without hesitation. They were kind and courtious, professional yet personable. Handling my life savings is stressful when the people you are working with are incompetent– but here, I felt like my money was safe and I was in good hands. My husband will be closing his B of A account in a couple of months and opening one here.
