Jason G!!! Awesome customer service! So helpful from the moment we walked in the door! He could have sold us a battery we didn’t need because I wouldn’t know the difference but he didn’t, gave me a mini class on how to remove my battery to test it and what to look for and sent us on our way. So nice to know there are still honest good guys!

I actually really like this store. It’s clean and the employees are usually very helpful. However, on my last visit there, they sold me the wrong part for my car because their computer incorrectly lists it for my make/​model. When I told them about the error, they issued a refund (of course), but didn’t seem interested in fixing the glitch in their computer… Which means this could easily happen again to someone else. Not cool.
