Big rude crooks, stay away. I called this company when I locked my keys in my trunk. They sent out another company called «avenue locksmith.» I have a basic car, and they charged $ 199. On the phone they say «$ 15» service charge and starting at «$ 35» depending on what you need. They take advantage of people. They are not here to help people but to take their money when they are in very vulnerable situations. Stay away.

This company advertises «$ 15 service call» as if that implies that they’ll open your lock any time day or night, for $ 15.
In reality the guy wanted $ 15 for the service call fee, and then gave an estimate of $ 145 to open a truck door (key was inside).
Would not recommend this again.
