I am renting this house, so I didn’t deal with payment etc., but they took twice as long as quoted and left nails and little bits of trash all over the property. How hard would it be to do a once-​over with a metal detector and a bucket?
They pulled out all my lawn chairs and a large free-​standing umbrella for their breaks and didn’t put them back. I’m not sure how to get that umbrella back on the porch without dragging a gash in my lawn.
I don’t have the knowledge to judge their work on my roof, which they just replaced a couple days ago.
