Pleasant staff and shopping experience. Nice selection and great results. Would recommend to any friends and relatives and have done so already. Go and see them with anything at all and they will be able to help you.

Let me start by saying that the people who work here are very nice and pleasant to work with. However, I will not be using them again for a couple reasons:
1) framing: my husband and I brought in a vintage poster that had to be framed a very specific way to preserve the integrity of the piece, etc. The person who took our order input it into the system incorrectly and when the order originally came in, they had to send it back to be redone. At that point, when we arrived to pick up the piece there was a TON of rippling on the poster that wasn’t previously there. There was dirt and smudges on the inside of the glass that had never been cleaned. We sent the piece back to be redone. The final time we came to pick it up, most of the rippling was gone and the glass was clean, but it’s still not perfect. We brought in a completely flat, one of a kind poster that is now permanently rippled because of their lack or knowledge on how to frame vintage pieces.
2) customer service: the people are nice but 2 out of the 3 times we’ve come in we’ve had to wait 30 minutes to get someone to help us. This is totally unacceptable. If you’re in a high-​traffic, busy location, staff your store appropriately. In fact, I’m standing in the store right now, having waited 30 minutes, so thanks for giving me enough time to write your review :)
We have numerous other pieces that need to be framed and we’ll be going elsewhere. It’s disappointing because it’s in a convenient location and they have a nice variety of frames. Bottom line is, this location is poor on execution and crappy at timely customer service.
