Action Exterminators

This company has been taking care of our family for at least fifteen years. The prices are reasonable, and I can’t say enough about how nice Butcher and his daughter Amy are. Beyond great customer service and always very friendly.

Wow! At the recommendation of a friend I called Butcher and Amy at Action Exterminators. The business has been in the their family since 1954 and this Dad and Daughter Duo now keep things going. Butcher handles the office duties and Amy is out and about keeping the bugs away in homes and businesses.
Amy just left my house and I have to say it was the best exterminator experience I have ever had. She did the usual spray job inside and outside, but then asked me some specific questions. She ended up putting some sort round device in specific places we had been having issues and she had some tips about practical things we could do to prevent that problem from happening again.
She then took me around and showed me three areas of concern around my house. 1. Area outside where my lawn has filled in above my foundation, which is a perfect spot for termites to move in and take overs. She also explained exactly what I should do to fix this problem for good.
2. Area over our door where it is clear that come critters (either squirrels or mice) are eating away at a spot trying to get into the attic. She recommended what we should do there.
3. The window box on one of the bedrooms windows has had severe water damage and she showed me what to watch for in regards for timing of when to replace it or else we’ll have a major ant infestation.
I feel so grateful that this kind woman not only took care of our immediate problem, she took the time to point out potential trouble areas along with tips on how to fix them.
