I saw the pictures of color work and was excited to try this salon. Unfortunately, my haircut was a very disappointing experience. I gave specific instructions to focus on cutting the back. I even showed pictures, and the stylist commented on how much shorter the layers were in the picture (the picture was only a few days ago). She completely changed the shape of the original cut that was done by an industry leading artist. It had two long pieces in the front, a disconnection, which this stylist lopped off even after I asked for them to be preserved. I felt very sad when I left.

I went from severely highlighted, mousy brown hair to a gorgeous blonde thanks to my special stylist & friend, Lauren. She is amazing at taking dark brunettes to a beautiful blonde and continues to go above and beyond to specialize your hair-​maintenance and aftercare procedures with you. I’ve never gotten so many compliments about a hair-​coloring before and I’ve also had several friends who’ve been inspired to go light thanks to seeing my transformation.
