Best flower shop in Dallas, flowers are top quality and last. Called in last minute for a delivery and asked if they could get it out to my girlfriend before she left work. They were able to come up with a beautiful arrangement for her that left her speechless! Never using another flower shop but All Occasions Florist!

I received a dozen red long-​stemmed roses for my February 10 birthday. Being so close to Valentine’s Day, I was impressed and this arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. The roses were of TOP quality and the filler greenery, etc. made it an astounding bouquet. And they lasted over a week.

I bought some flowers for Valentines for my gf and unfortunately they died within about 24 hours. Needless to say she and I were both disappointed. I went back and spoke to Emily at the store and showed her a pictures of my flowers. She apologized and explained this can occasionally happen especially during holidays when growers may pick flowed early. She took excellent care of me and within 5 minutes got me a new beautiful arrangement that I could take home to surprise my gf with. Excellent customer service is not having things go right 100% of the time, because that rarely happens. Rather its when things don’t go right how someone helps fix it for a customer. Emily and the team at All Occasion Florist did a wonderful job of treating me right and fixing my problem beyond what I expected.

I used to get flowers here all the time. It was hit and miss as most of the time their flowers were wilted sitting in dirty water or scattered all over the place. A lot of the time I would get flowers half price cuz, well they were half dead. I went there again on September and there was a new manager (maybe an owner, not sure). The dude was rude and refused to come down on the price of orchids that were half dead. I had no choice but to buy them as I was making bouquets for a wedding. I will never step foot in that place again. I highly recommend going to Kroger or Pikes Peak at Inwood and Conveyor. Their flowers last up to 2 weeks instead of 3 days.

Delivery was quick and precise… Flowers died after a couple days. The vase also had a sticky residue as if they rushed the flower arrangement. Not worth it!

I used to work within the walking distance from all occasion florist and when I felt I needed something positive and uplifting during my work day; I would walk to store and Jeff would always made my day that much better. I have been his client for the last 8 years.
Best customer services in Dallas, Jeff would go out of his way to please the most demanding client’s need. Trust me, I am difficult, I know my flowers and won’t settle for second grade=)
Every single arrangement I bought from All occasion florist was excellent, beautiful flowers that last a very long time.
Jeff offers what is becoming so rare –a personal and worm customer experience that any client wants to come back to, and experience over again.

Super disappointed by «All Occasions Florist». Just when I needed them the most (Valentine’s day), I received the news that my order (which had been confirmed two days prior via email receipt) could not be carried out.
Apparently they had received too many orders (read: they ran out of flowers) and some how my order did not make the cut. Who does that? A flower shop unprepared on the busiest day of the year? And to then just leave a patron hanging on the day of to scramble and find an alternative gift for their spouse. No «we’re really sorry»…no, «how can we make this up to you». Simply: «We can no longer process your order».
The only positive out of this experience was the fact that they gave me my money back…
Again, so, so disappointing. Took me about 3 months to finally get around to writing this, but I’m hopeful I can save other patrons the trouble /​panic attack of a last minute cancellation. Choose wisely. Choose elsewhere.

I wish I could give this place zero stars as I don’t even think it deserves 1. My friend and I were to receive an arrangement on Valentine’s day from this place. We both work in the same building, on the same floor. Her’s were ordered the morning of Tuesday ²⁄₁₀ and mine were ordered the afternoon of Monday ²⁄₉. (Plenty of time right?) Evidently not. The flowers still had not shown up by 3:30p the Friday before Valentine’s Day. Calls were placed to this business and it was a busy sign for hours out of the day. My guess is they probably take the phone off the hook so they don’t have to deal with people. I went to their Facebook page and the owner (or whomever) had made a status saying «communicate…we are here for you!!!» So I left a comment on that status letting it be known that I knew of at least two orders that were not delivered. They did not respond back to those comments until Sunday morning stating basically that no flower shop is perfect and they were attending to people who showed up at the door trying to have arrangements ordered. Pretty sure the people who took the time to order days in advance should have had priority, but maybe that’s just me. Today, I still don’t know if my friend will be receiving a refund as she still hasn’t been able to reach these people via phone call. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I will also never spend a dime there for any reason. Stay away from this place! Horrible customer service all around and shady business practices.

I buy flowers for my fiancée to be delivered to her work usually bi-​monthly. I tried Proflowers one week and they delivered a huge disappointment. So I wanted to surprise my fiancée with flowers that monday. I ordered online from All Occasions Florist spending $ 142.39. I noted in the special instructions that my fiancée usually leaves at 3:30.
Come 3:30 — still no delivery — so I call — and after about 8 attempts, someone actually picked up the phone — I was checking the status — apparently nobody checked the special instructions and so put the flowers out for late delivery before 5.
The driver called my fiancée — (ruining the surprise) and informing her that he was downtown and would not be able to make it to her office until 5. I called again — told them that because they missed the delivery date — I wanted a refund. They agreed to give me a refund.
However, a week later — STILL NO REFUND! I have attempted to call on several occasions — but NOBODY is answering the phone. I suppose I’ll have to show up in person this afternoon — but not sure why I have to spend my time going in store — just to check the status on the refund they were supposed to give me.
I have decided to stick with my usual florist — I’ll just say the Dr. has never let me down like this business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! TOTAL RIP OFF. I paid $ 106 for a deluxe flower arrangement which was to have come with a bracelet and a Mylar balloon. To begin with, they substituted daisies for lilies and the dinky arrangement that arrived could have been purchased at Kroger for no more than $ 30! Very disappointed. I should have checked this business rating on the Better Business Website prior to ordering — they have a big FAT F next to their name and now I know why.

My mother ordered me the Thomas Kinkade 2014 Christmas Cottage Centerpiece, to be delivered to my house. The delivery date was supposed to be Monday, December 22, 2014. After calling and speaking to the associates, the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tues, and then again on Wed., December 24, between 10 am and 12 pm. The centerpiece did not arrive to my home until after 5 pm on Wed., December 24, 2014. Not only was it a couple of days late, it was the 2013 centerpiece with pieces missing!
I will never recommend this business for ANY occasion.

This place is awful. I order flowers for my mom for her 50^th birthday. When i called to complain that they didnt reach her in time all he said was, «ok ill credit your acct $ 50». Well i paid $ 75, so that doesnt help me. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

Awesome Awesome! My first time i ordered some flowers they did not get delivered on the day they said. I was disappointed. But Jeff made everything right and added another small bouquet to my order along with a beautiful vase. In less than 2 weeks i went back for another occasion. And jeff rememberd me. and put togther another beautiful bouquet of flowers for me free of charge. We certainly did not have to do that. Great guy for that. But he forever has a customer. Ive been back 2 more times after that and he never fails to put somthing beautiful togther for me!

I recently ordered a nice arrangement for my 2 year anniversary. We had dinner at Oak Dallas Restaurant and the restaurant was nice enough to pick up the arrangement for us and have them there waiting on her as she arrived.
The flowers were bright and vibrant and it truly made our evening more special. I would recommend All Occasions Florist and will be retuning again.

Great place! Just stopped by to pick up a quick gift for my girlfriend and Jeff was very helpful. He customized a plant arrangement for me.

Not the best experience. Ordered yellow roses and lavender tulips to be delivered the same day. Roses were delivered but tulips weren’t. Called to confirm tulip order and was told they were scheduled for delivery the next day. The next day we received yellow (not lavender) tulips. Called and was told they didn’t have any lavender tulips and that yellow was the 2^nd choice. First, they had lavender tulips the day I ordered them in person and second, I was not told anything about the possibility of them not having my color choice nor of a 2^nd choice. Just poor communication and execution. That being said, the flowers we received were nice and they did apologize.

Less than 1 star is the only thing appropriate. Place an order online, as I’ve done a dozen times. No delivery, phone rings busy. Called the business next door and apparently they are open. Complete fail. And on Valentines Day too.

Flowers from hubby did arrive. However, many of them looked wilted. Also, he specified no carnations in the mix (I hate them. After 20yrs he knows!). However, there were carnations mixed into the arrangement. The daisies and roses in the mix were pretty and seemed fresh. All of the others seemed way past their prime.

All Occasions is nothing short of amazing. I’ve been doing business with Jeff and his team for many years and have always been impressed with the quality & creativity of their arrangements. However my most recent experience epitomizes the first rate service they offer their customers. I ordered three arrangements on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving for my pick up on Wednesday. Wednesday evening I realized I had forgot to pick up my flowers and was resigned to have Thanksgiving without my arrangements. To my surprise, the doorbell rings Thursday morning and I was shocked to see Jeff’s outstanding delivery man with my arrangements in hand. Jeff discovered I hadn’t picked up my arrangements, called a friend to get my new address, and had the flowers delivered on Thanksgiving morning even though they were closed for the holiday! Your service is first rate and very much appreciated.

I live in California and I ordered a bouquet for a friend in Dallas area. I posted the order online at 9:45 am and she received the flowers by 1:15 pm same day. The photo my friend sent me of the flowers was even larger and prettier than I expected.
Online it asked if the florist could make substitutions, I checked yes and made a comment that my friend’s favorite color is orange. The florist custom made the arrangement with beautiful orange flowers.
Ordering was quick and easy. Prices are reasonable too. I would order from here again.
