AM Premier Moving Service

WORST movers ever! They broke, scratched and dented several items and were not careful at all. They had no regard for my belongings. When we arrived at my new house, it appeared they were not going to unload the truck until I agreed to pay them in cash. (That should have been discussed prior to the move.) When I told Michel I didn’t have cash, he asked if I would go with him to a check cashing place at the end of the move. When I agreed, they began unloading my things. They put my son’s bunk bed back together. When I asked him to move the bed, he removed the top mattress and I noticed that none of the slats were screwed down. He told me initially that they weren’t screwed down when he took it apart. Then he suddenly «found» the screws and screwed them down. Later, he informed me that they had lost all of the screws to my desk they had taken apart and asked me to go back over to the old house to look for them. When I couldn’t find the screws he suggested we go to Lowe’s to buy more. At that point I asked them to leave. The final straw was the next day when I was unpacking. I put some stuff at the very top of my son’s closet. I noticed that the boxes weren’t flat on the shelf so I got a ladder out and discovered hidden at the top of his closet the back support piece for his bed. Because Michel didn’t want to take the time to put it back together right, he hid the piece at the top of the closet (but didn’t bother to leave the hardware so I could at least put it back together on my own.) My son or another child could have been seriously injured if that bed had collapsed. It was a horrible experience. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!

I am super happy because my relocation was smooth. All because of AM Premier Moving Service! They were so accommodating from beginning to end. From my queries to packing, etc. I’m really glad I picked this company. All I have to do is thank them for making my move so easy and stress-​free! I promise to spread their good name!

The crew was FABULOUS! AM Premier Moving Service! I knew immediately that these tradesmen knew what to do which certainly eased my mind. They carefully wrapped my wooden furniture which I greatly appreciate. Hiring this company is one of the smartest decisions I have ever made.
