One star is actually way too many. SO rude. SO unprofessional. The tow truck driver was nice enough but he apparently gave me wrong information about the process that would happen after my car was taken to the impound lot. The lady on the phone was exceptionally mean and I am shocked that she is still employed by this company… especially after all of the other reviews I have read. She told me that I shouldn’t have listened to the tow truck driver about the release of my vehicle because«he only knows how to tow a truck and not about office procedures.» If that is the case, he should not be passing out incorrect information to young, stranded girls on the side of the highway.

These are the most unbelievably rude and hateful people I’ve ever met in my life. I came to help my father remove some heavy items from his car after a wreck and they were incredibly rude to me when I politely asked to help him due to his age and bad back(which he has had surgery on several times). They have Christian prayers and proud to be an American signs everywhere in the main office, which is ironic because that is the complete opposite of the impression that they give.

The hotel I work at had a car towed we thought was abandoned but it turned out to belong to a guest that hardly uses it. So, of course, we drove the guest to Apollo so that we could pay for the towing. I had never been there and the gate was open. I did not see any signs that directed me not to park there. All of a sudden this sad, angry miserable woman came out and started yelling for us to park on the street. No problem at all, but she just kept glaring at us. We did not mean any harm. She looked like she smells like pee. Then I parked outside the gate that she finally closed while I tried to figure out where to park and she came back out screeching like a banshee. I will ask that my hotels not work with such an awful person. Morticia needs an attitude adjustment.

I personally think it’s crap that my fiancé wrecks his car, you tow it without giving him any information on where we can find the vehicle. Then, once we track it down and make the hour drive to see said vehicle you won’t let anybody besides him through your«fancy gates» to look at and clean out the car. Also, you took his vehicle without ever having his consent and even letting him get his wallet out of the car, then gave us slack because his photo id was in the vehicle INYOURPARKINGLOT. This place is by far the worst wrecker service I have ever dealt with and I wouldn’t wish you people upon my worst enemy.
